I have to say I am highly impressed with their iPhone cases! I have only bought Spigen cases for my phones since 2015! Each time I upgraded my phone I instantly buy one on Amazon. I recently had an issue with my case a year after I purchased it, I just reached out to them on Amazon and show them my cracked case and without any issues they replaced my case with a brand new case no charge! I purchased the spigen liquid air for my iPhone 8 Plus I love souvenir have had this brand since 2010. Recently I accidentally knocked my phone off my desk at work and discover a hairline crack on the back. Now this liquid air case states that it protects against drops so I called souvenir support which then printed my to email them which I did support@spigen.com so a few days goes by and no reply so I call back and press zero when printed to speak with someone at the front desk. 6 phone calls and 4 emails later with my concern about my phone being crack while using this case that's suppose to protect my phone and no reply is very disappointing. Very rarely do I give a company one star, but due to their very poor customer service, I am obliged to do so. For the last five years, I've been satisfied using their Thin Case for my Samsung Note smartphones. Never had any problems, was very satisfied and on the cellular forums I'm on, always added kudos to Spigen. NO MORE! I received a Thin Case for my Note 9 and after two months, of very easy care, in addition to being carried in a leather belt holster, one of the corners simply cracked and broke off with no drops or anything close to being handled harshly. The corner just cracked! I contacted Spigen, they passed me to Ebay, who passed me to PayPal who passed me to the seller who I had trouble contacting. Not one entity rose to any positive outcome even when I sent along a picture that details the defective crack in the case. Spigen kept on emailing me the same disclaimer and directives to contact the other parties. Look, I made it clear to Spigen that the case was defective and I even ordered a replacement on my own dime from Spigen's site on Ebay. One would think that Spigen would, for positive customer satisfaction, offer another case as a gesture of good will to compensate me for the two times I ordered the same case for the present phone. NO! Spigen just held their ground and said it was not their fault or responsibility. Fine! I'll eat the two payments for the cases. However, I will NEVER offer any positive Kudos because of their poor customer service. BTW, I have read MANY other reviews on the problems with this year's Spigen Thin Case and so many reference the problems of corners cracking, similar to what I experienced. In some reviews, it was mentioned that Spigen stepped up and offered a replacement. They did NOT offer any replacement to me and pawned me off to others. I recently ordered a cell phone case from this company via their eBay channel. The case arrived fast, no issues there. However, a day after receiving it, I noticed two unauthorized charges from Spigen, one to my bank account and one to PayPal and I used PayPal to pay for the case. The case was $12.99 and the additional charges add up to the total of $96.69. I have since been contacting the company on a daily basis and not achieving any resolution. I filed claims with both my bank and PayPal and they are investigating. Given this experience and the complete incompetence of their customer service, I will not be buying any products from them and do not recommend them to anyone. read more

Buyer beware***** I purchased the neo hybrid case for the Samsung Note 7 two weeks before the phone release. It came with a free usb c cable. When the phone debut and tried the case, the charger port was too thick for the cable. I decided to request and RMA. I was emailed with an approved RMA on one email. Then I got a second email stating that the free cable needed to be returned as well. I returned it via ups both case and cable - because shipping is not included - and they claimed that they never received the cable. Now, ups ships by weight and the weight of that envelope was heavier than the case itself. Please don't bother with these people - they rather lose a customer who paid 34.99 plus tax and shipping over lying about not returning a cable that couldn't cost more than $8. If this company continues this way, it will surely lose it's customers. read more

I bought the case fairly cheap hoping it would just get me through to get another one, but I was pleasantly surprised! When I dropped it hard the first time and it landed face down after bouncing I cringed when I picked it up. Absolutely no damage to my phone! I even got one with a kickstand today and it popped out after I dropped it with the kickstand down. I thought for sure the case would be broken or at least the kickstand and there was no damage! The case protected my phone very well. I had no cracks or scratches on the phone screen protector. The case only had a minor dent! This says a lot about the quality of the material used as advertised "drop-tested military grade." It is by far the best phone case you can find in today's market in comparison to other competitors that just seems to cracked after one dropped.
