    I purchased the spigen liquid air for my iPhone 8 Plus I love souvenir have had this brand since 2010. Recently I accidentally knocked my phone off my desk at work and discover a hairline crack on the back. Now this liquid air case states that it protects against drops so I called souvenir support which then printed my to email them which I did support@spigen.com so a few days goes by and no reply so I call back and press zero when printed to speak with someone at the front desk. 6 phone calls and 4 emails later with my concern about my phone being crack while using this case that's suppose to protect my phone and no reply is very disappointing. I may even go back to otter box now.

    Ordering direct or thru Amazon - was always a speedy delivery. 5 stars for warranty replacement. A few emails back and forth and they shipped replacements to me quickly. No need to return the original broken ones (just emailed a photo) Maybe the cases break easily, but they've saved my phone from drops plenty of times.

    The bottom folds and can insert up to two cards? I just like putting my ID ~ very convenient and sturdy case! I love it!

    Love love love!! This place~ ordered online two cases for my new Iphone 7s Plus phone that I recently got for black Friday. I got one rose gold case with a folding bottom that holds the ID & card. And i got one transparent case with gold edge protectant ; both were great condition & really sturdy! ***But I must warn you,, with cases like the edge protectant, you MUST read the manual first and put it on GENTLY! *** It is fragile and can break but thats just how its been for those types of cases!! So just be patient ~ but def will be ordering here again! Great prices, strong and aesthetically pleasing cases :) def recommend!!!

    Spigen provides high quality cases with affordable prices. I love their luxurious color scheme that matches my iphone. Also recommend their style ring which also provides magnetic car mount function. Love their products and I would definitely buy if again and get it for my family.

    From my experience they make very good products and the attention to detail on the product they sell is perfect I have purchased numerous cases from them and I have very happy with the product. The pictures posted seem to be more user negligence rather then product quality in my opinion

    Neo case IP7+ failed after 3 months. Customer service rep Jessie said sorry and couldn't resolve issue with warranty. Switching to case logic for all future needs. Save ur money. This is crap.

I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Not bad to peruse through.

Some of the aisles are not accessible in the cart either. Now let's move on to the staff. While the manager will tell you they have 5 people in the 3D printing area I can rarely seem to find 1. When I do happen to run into somone they will tell me they are way too busy to help me out or be downright rude when asking them about inventory of an item. They have told me to just scan the sample color strip and wait for it to open on the machine. They have this machine on the wall that stores most of the filament and will retrieve the color and type you want. Well that's all great in theory. If the machine was loaded properly with the colors and type of filament in the right location. That doesn't seem to happen often. Now there is some good stuff. They have a nice supply of other items. Similar to maybe what Fry's electronics use to be but on a much smaller scale. You are definitely going to pay a high price here. Most things have been marked up incredibly high. But I mean you're paying to get it then and there. They have some things with decent prices. So make sure you are checking the prices at other places before you commit to spending $25 for a pair of pliers that can be purchased elsewhere for $4.99. Exact same product and packaging. All in all go here if you MUST. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The staff is minimal, untrained and rude. The disabled access is not the greatest. The best thing about this place. They had a restroom and it was clean.

The only computer store I could find in the high desert was a Best Buy. I looked up the wattage I needed and figured 100W would be fine. Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I've purchased most of my electronics from Best Buy (last purchase was a nice 65in OLED LG tv which had great value with beautiful picture and sound). I will continue to do all my electronics shopping here because the customer service is second to none. Shout out to you, George. Thanks again! Plus, how can you not go to Best Buy when it's so nostalgic? I don't know how many hours I'd spend here checking out all the latest CDs and DVDs released. So many fond memories! Highly recommended.

    Really misleading AT&T sales team. They told me "AT&T will give you Visa pre-paid cards to pay off…read morethe balance on your Verizon phones if you switch to AT&T." What they didn't tell me was that it takes 10 weeks to receive the Visa cards after you switch. My remaining $3,500 balance to Verizon is due 30 days after switching. So it isn't actually possible to use the AT&T Visa card to pay off my balance. I have to front the $3,500 and still wait for AT&T to deliver the cards. I guess I can use them for groceries then?

    THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS…read more Before moving into our new home, we added a custom media room with an amazing kick-butt surround sound system -- we l o v e loud music and movie theatre sound! We purchased a 33' Cherry Cola AudioQuest Cable to connect it all, as it came highly recommended by a number of A/V professionals. Our AV Tech/Electrician installed the new speakers, cables, and big screen OLED. The components were hooked-up, remote controls programmed, and the ceiling re- spackled and re-painted. New leather furniture was laid out accordingly. We were ready for the Ultimate AV Experience. Less than a month later the Cherry Cola Cable failed when a pin in the HDMI dropped (confirmed by our Tech). Since AudioQuest has a lifetime warranty on the Cherry Cola cable I wasn't too worried, although I was not looking forward to the extra expense of digging-out and replacing the original cable. I had been given completely wrong information by Best Buy on how to handle the replacement, which caused a super lengthy delay. BUT once I was able to contact AudioQuest directly, Steve had a replacement ready to ship within minutes!!! Thank you, Steve from AudioQuest, for providing such prompt and courteous Customer Service and for taking the time to ensure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. Your level of Customer Service is like a unicorn in this post-covid era, where true customer service is all but extinct. I was referred by a friend a while ago and also occasionally there's a cafe I go to next door. My old Mac Pro laptop seemed like it was at the end of its life, so I remembered them and went to seek some answers. From the moment I came in the CompuTech place , the team was kind, patient, and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my explained everything clearly, and gave me an honest estimate. With all the work and the age of my computer, they offered me an alternative. I ended up buying one of their used laptops ( another similar newer model Mac Pro) that was newer than mine and overall would make better sense as an investment in the end. So they would transfer the data over from my old computer. It was a great deal. What really stood out was how fast they were able to turn it around - they fixed it sooner than expected, saved my data and I was so happy. Just recently after purchasing the laptop from them, I am a teacher with a lot of students & earlier that day I had used the computer but when I got it home it wasn't turning on-there was no power... It was weird! . So, I took it in and they said they would have a look and get back to me since it did not immediately turn on. They quickly got back to me and let me know it was an issue with my mother board, they told the usual fix for this was about $275 but that they would only charge $125 because I had purchased it from them. I thought that was fair. I reached out again a few days later and they said it was more complicated- apparently some liquid had gotten in there and they had more serious repairs to make. Knowing this information really freaked me out because it's my main computer that I use at my office/school/at home. I was very concerned. They took a little more time to repair and I understood why. I was honestly expecting for them to charge me more, but they were kind enough to stand by their original quote. I saw that the time and labor actually was $375 & I was so appreciative of them doing such great service. My computer was back to normal (whew!) and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. It's rare to find such knowledgeable, caring, thorough yet affordable service these days. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

I went to purchase a Breville coffee machine (BES870) that was clearly marked on sale for $319.99. I even have a photo showing the price. However, when I got to the register, it rang up as $550. I went to guest services, where Angie assisted me. Instead of helping, she accused me of placing the sale sticker myself and said they couldn't honor the price because it was "labeled incorrectly." Her tone was rude and dismissive, and she refused to offer any compromise--not even a partial discount. Target is known for its customer service, but there is no customer service at this Irvine location. I was shocked to be treated like a liar after two decades as a loyal customer. I did not place that sticker, and I welcome a camera review to confirm that. I expected better service and fairness. Very disappointed.

So I placed a pickup order to reserve them before they sold out here too. There's no drive up option, so you go to the customer service area for pick up. They do not have two lines for pick up or customer service so the line was VERY long. I felt bad for the employees, they were doing their best. Once I finally got to the front, the employee walks you to another area by the entrance where you wait to get your order walked out to you. It's not a great system. Still, glad I could get my mom what she needed and the staff were all very kind.
