Recently, I needed a small part of the case that had broken off due to plastic fatigue. I contacted Roland customer service and they told me to contact an authorized service center in my area. I decided on Tap Electronics and was communicating with Sal. He asked for the serial number and part description which I provided. He said I would need to bring the board into the shop. I felt I didn't need to do that as it was just a plastic part of the case that screws onto it. I expressed my annoyance and Sal stopped communicating with me. I contacted ANOTHER service center and they are fantastic! They sent me an exploded diagram of the board to confirm the part I need. I texted them back right away confirming. They are reaching out to Roland in Japan to find part availability and pricing. I don't know what the hell is wrong with Sal.

It used to be Target Greatland a few years back, I think. Like most Targets , it is fairly organized, well stocked, provide good selection & usually friendly staff. The aisles are wide & easy to navigate. Items are visibly sorted for simple & facile shopping. Name brands are placed next to store brand/generic for quick & obvious comparison. I like that. I noticed some darling outfits perfect for SPRING. Speaking of SPRING (I know, my ADHD is leaping/jumping, pardon the pun) ..... SPRING FORWARD tomorrow) Back to our regular program. Spring clothes are popping up. This Target location, along with with the Lakewood Center Mall Target are in my top 3 favorites for facility of use. Prices are fair. Parking is free & plentiful. We had purchased a TV and ended up having to bring it in for a repair. Even though we were out of warranty time frame they agreed to take a look at it and help troubleshoot the issue. We went and took the Tv and .. in 5min it was all resolved. They fixed it quickly and for free! When other repair places were charging so much just to take a look at the TV (not counting repair and part fees). It really felt nice to know they were so willing to help and at least take a look for free and also luckily it was an easy fix. For sure would recommend them and will bookmark them for future electronic purchases.

The inside is relatively nice, most of the aisles sorted and not in disarray, plus walkways are clean and cleared of anything. I usually go for coffee and snacks, and they have everything I typically am craving at the price that I'm expecting, so yeah! The staff, or at least the closing staff, are all really nice! I went by one night right before closing to buy some graham crackers and use the bathroom. I felt so bad because I went in around 10:52PM, but they didn't make me feel rushed or bad about it or anything. It's a small gesture, but I appreciated it. Their bathrooms could definitely use some work, but it's a public restroom that people are allowed to use so I can't really flag them for that. The outside area is not necessarily the safest at night either (there are homeless people who linger around the lit area of the store and just around in general). That's one of the biggest downsides to this location, but again, that is not necessarily fully in their control. All in all, not a bad location! The staff members are nice and the floor area is generally clean. Will probably visit again soon :-)

Laziest Target I've been to…read more Middle of the day on a Friday. Store is moderately busy, not crazy, but more people arriving by the minute. 1 checkstand. ONE. Self checkout is the only other option , so I go there with my 8 items. No bags. I forgot mine, so I figured I would just buy a paper bag. Nope, no bags. So I throw things back in my cart and hope for the best. While walking out the door, I peer over for curiosity. Every checkstand has like 200 paper bags on it. Pure laziness. At least they had lots of carts inside the store, and there's also a Starbucks if anyone needs it. Also the Pizza Hut express inside usually has no food, especially after noon. Good luck with this place.

When I did get the item it was heavily damaged more than advised so I did return it unfortunately. However, they did take away my old item and I ordered a new one instead of another "New Open Box". So buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and consider new, unless you understand these items are used floor models or returns. Some items had food or drink residue left inside. Do your research!
