This is one of my go to target, especially because they have 6 of the super fast Electrify America chargers! The inside is relatively nice, most of the aisles sorted and not in disarray, plus walkways are clean and cleared of anything. I usually go for coffee and snacks, and they have everything I typically am craving at the price that I'm expecting, so yeah! The staff, or at least the closing staff, are all really nice! I went by one night right before closing to buy some graham crackers and use the bathroom. I felt so bad because I went in around 10:52PM, but they didn't make me feel rushed or bad about it or anything. It's a small gesture, but I appreciated it. Their bathrooms could definitely use some work, but it's a public restroom that people are allowed to use so I can't really flag them for that. The outside area is not necessarily the safest at night either (there are homeless people who linger around the lit area of the store and just around in general). That's one of the biggest downsides to this location, but again, that is not necessarily fully in their control. All in all, not a bad location! The staff members are nice and the floor area is generally clean. Will probably visit again soon :-) read more

I am a bit disappointed with the pick-up service at this location. I put in a pickup request online for a two-count claw clip set. Mind you I paid $16.30 for this item, almost $20. Not cheap at all. After picking up the claw clips, I go back to my car. And as I am checking it, I noticed one of the claw clips was not clamping properly, but the other claw clip was. I immediately go back to the guest services counter. I show the defective claw clip, to the female employee, who helped me. I asked her if I could do an exchange, for another set of the exact same claw clips. She asks me to wait at the counter, because she needed to talk to her supervisor first. Finally her supervisor shows up, and he tells me to go find the claw clips I wanted, and then return to the guest services counter. After finding another of the same set, I go back to the guest services counter, to do the exchange. The same male supervisor, then starts asking me, all these unnecessary questions. It was as if he didn't believe me, when I said the first set of claw clips, were defective. He also came off like he thought, I was trying to scam them or something. I show him the first claw clip set that had the defect. He "let" me do the exchange, even though it was technically, their fault to begin with. This male supervisor (short stocky 30 something year old Hispanic guy with glasses) didn't offer acknowledgement, apology or anything. Excuse me, but telling the customer to go look for an item themselves, kind of defeats the purpose of customer pickup...Not only that, but the employees should have very well examined, and inspected the item, before giving it to me. Last time I checked, items for pickup, should be in new and pristine condition, when given to the customer. If I knew I had to go into a giant store to look for an item myself, I would not have requested customer pickup. Also, this target has a bunch of weirdos and homeless people, who like to hang out in the parking lot. It makes you not want to go there, after a certain time in the day. Came here with my grandsons and right off the bat it was a disaster. How do you not have the child carts not available for parents to place their kids in. This is shameful. Second, you had no slushy machine available for kids to get nice refreshing drink when it is warm outside. I understand it is a smaller store but come on. Gotta do better read more

Laziest Target I've been to. Middle of the day on a Friday. Store is moderately busy, not crazy, but more people arriving by the minute. 1 checkstand. ONE. Self checkout is the only other option , so I go there with my 8 items. No bags. I forgot mine, so I figured I would just buy a paper bag. Nope, no bags. So I throw things back in my cart and hope for the best. While walking out the door, I peer over for curiosity. Every checkstand has like 200 paper bags on it. Pure laziness. At least they had lots of carts inside the store, and there's also a Starbucks if anyone needs it. Also the Pizza Hut express inside usually has no food, especially after noon. I honestly cannot believe this was my Target pickup experience. I ordered multiple hair products online for pickup, came to the store, and they handed me all the items individually with absolutely no bag. No apology, no explanation, nothing. So I'm literally walking through the parking lot juggling bottles and products in my hands like I just robbed the beauty aisle. What's the point of ordering online for convenience if basic things like providing a bag aren't even included? It felt careless, disorganized, and honestly embarrassing. Customer service acted completely unfazed, as if this is normal. Target used to be known for making shopping easy and pleasant, but this experience felt cheap and sloppy. Do better. read more

It's really unfortunate that this Target is the closest one to me because it is one of the worst Target around. It's always messy and unorganized, things are not fully stocked, parking lot is sketchy, AT&T sales people going around and bugging you while you're trying to shop. This store is visibly a disaster upon entering. There are no cashiers or team members readily available to assist any guests. Once you are ready to checkout, the checkout lanes are practically a ghost town. There are no cashiers available to assist and the self checkouts are outdated and poorly operating. The "Lead" Jaime is lazy and unkept, she has no urgency for the guests and she's more focused on texting and waddling over slower than molasses when called. You expect a lead to be alert, tidy and aware of her surroundings. I had to walk up to her to get her to even move at a normal pace towards my register. I was waiting for a very long time to gain any help to purchase 5 small items. I needed DayQuil for my Disney trip and was told my passport was not acceptable ID for purchase. I'm 34 years old and a passport is stronger than any state ID for age verification purposes and any purposes really. None of the team members were able to help with my purchase. Jaime is a bigger angry lady, she was not ready to receive any feedback regarding the unsatisfactory condition and operations of her store. She had big attitude right away as did I. I informed her I was waiting very long and witnessed her be called to front multiple times with no sight of her. I let her know I see her texting and not attempting to come to help. She tried to blame me for using self checkouts out and I told her I was instructed to use self checkouts out. She then tried to direct me towards guest relations to be helped and I declined because my purchase was already on the screen. Jaime is so lazy. Team members. Line and Zack were completely inexperienced and of little to no help. They need extensive training. Had I listened to them I would have wasted more time and left with no medicine. These people do not want to help anyone. They rather chitchat and walk in circles doing nothing. This was a ridiculous experience and I'm going to submit a more detailed account to corporate. read more

I visited Target on 11/21/2025 around 10 PM. I came in to buy a TV and was helped by a lovely employee in the Tech department--wish I remembered her name. She rang me up and let me know the TV would be held at the front while we finished shopping. After we were done, we went to check out at Register 3 and told the worker there (her name sounded like "Linh") that we already paid for a TV in Tech and it should be waiting for us. She didn't really understand what we meant, which was frustrating but felt like simple miscommunication. She asked another employee who was overseeing self-checkout for help, but again, the situation wasn't being explained correctly. That employee told us the TV should be at Guest Services, so we headed over there. That's where the experience went downhill. A young employee with purple, red, and blue hair assisted us, and from the moment I showed my digital receipt, it felt like she thought I was lying. As a Target employee, I would expect her to be able to read and understand a digital receipt without treating me with suspicion. She said, very cautiously, "Let me radio someone," and her tone made it clear she didn't believe us. Once she got confirmation that the TV was ours, she simply rolled the cart toward us and said, "So are you going to take it?" My friend and I are both small girls, barely five feet tall, and she didn't even offer to help us lift or move it. We were clearly struggling, and she just stared at us--along with her male coworker nearby--while we tried to manage it ourselves. It honestly felt like the whole front end was watching us as we exited the store. It's disappointing because the experience started off great, but it ended as one of the worst Target visits I've had. Came here for a pick-up order. I am happy that they still have the drive-up option even though we are basically post-COVID. It is super convenient for my lazy a$$. LOL I ordered what I needed on the app and then hit the button saying "I'm on my way." Left work and arrived 10 minutes later. Then I checked in on yelp and opened my Target app to check-in by clicking the button that says, "I'm here." It then prompts you to enter the number of the pick-up space that you parked in. Pretty easy. Then you wait. After about 8 minutes of waiting a lady came out with my order. I showed her my pick-up barcode from the Target app and she loaded my items in the trunk of my car for me. I love target. Enjoy just going on a random day and walking through the aisles just because. Sometimes will go in for something quick, simple and cheap but come out with a cart full of things and a huge receipt. I also live about 20 minutes (freeway) away from this target but do enjoy the drive and coming to this target. Today was a not so great day at this target. Needed some baby wipes and diapers for my niece, was shopping around and seen they had that spend $100 get a $30 gift card to use on a future purchase. So I loaded up on two boxes of diapers and two boxes of wipes totaling just above $110. While at checkout, the cashier scanned the items, told me my total, but no gift card was present. Had told them about the gift card deal, she scanned the boxes and didn't understand why the gift card didn't come up. I scanned both items through the target app, and both came out under the deal as well. She called for a super visor who scanned the items and had stated that clearance items don't count towards the deal. Asked her what clearance items, she pointed out that the diapers were on clearance. Had told her the only reason I bought so many boxes was because of the deal, she wouldn't budge and stated that maybe if I bought them through the app or online that just maybe the deal might go through but not in store, and walks away. I was annoyed that she didn't understand my point of view, put herself in my position, like how would she feel if she was a customer, buying a bunch of items because of some deal but because an item was on clearance that voids the deal. It honestly felt like I was holding up the line, I almost told the cashier that I didn't want anything anymore, but didn't want to waste a trip to target so just paid the $100+ purchase and went on with my day. I mean now they won't get me for another purchase that could've happened with the $30 gift card but even without the gift card I would've still gone to this target, but after this day, I'm going to avoid this target. Save me the gas and time. Target just needs to get all their prices in sync, no idea how many times I scan an item with my phones target app, comes out with a price, but once purchasing that item, it's a totally different price. They do price match but the clearance thing needs to come up as well. Like when I choose a store I'm at, the prices should automatically sync up with the prices at that target since there's clearance and mark downs. This was my experience at this target today. It was a bad one in my eyes. Everyone would react differently to that situation. I guess just put yourself in other customers shoes and think how you would possibly react to it, if you don't like it, then give yourself a higher chance to avoid that situation by staying away from that place. Still like target, see, reliving today's interaction made me use the word like instead of love like I did at the beginning of this review. read more

I found 3 Halloween items on the 15% off rack for 7.99 each and the manager said they were misplaced and he could t honor that price for 3 items, he could for only one. After 2 employees said they seen the items on the rack but they failed to return them to the spot they should be in. Mind you we are way past Halloween so why not. But, it was just a one off crazy person! This is down the street from my house so super convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Items are priced as they would be at any Target. I usually find most items I want in stock here so that's awesome. I do go inside but I prefer order drive up and everything is quick and they're super nice and friendly with this as well! read more

In fact, I wasn't physically able to visit this location; even though my wife continued to (off and on) shop there. So where are we now? It's been 3 years. This is not my home Target but every now and then I stop by this location just to see if I need anything. I always need something. This location is like every other location. They have a bit of everything. I found some random grocery shelf items that I have never seen before. This location has very fresh Sunflowers that they were just putting out. The household section here seems to have extras. The dollar section has seen much better days. It was pretty minimal. Staff here are quiet. I said good morning to a few who were stocking shelves and they seemed not used to being noticed by shoppers. Parking is very plentiful here. Not that it matters to me because I always park as far away from others as I can. Cypress is still my favorite. read more

Seems like every time I come here it's an issue. Last time it was for a deodorant that was ringing a dollar more than the tag said. Asked if they could honor since I took a picture and it was in fact the correct skew. Even when I showed them they didn't honor. Until I asked to speak to a manager. He did in fact say it was correct. I told him if it wasn't I didn't mind paying the extra dollar but he and I both checked. I get people misplace things but that was not the case here. Today I had an order pick up. I went to the line with the returns but saw there was an order pickup line so headed that way instead. The young girl working at guest services did not acknowledged us. Or said anything to me. When I asked her if she would help us her words where "oh I thought you were here for baby" and proceeded to walk away and talk to cart attendants while there was a line forming. I asked to speak to a manager again. Because these kids were brushing me off like I was in the wrong. Never once did I raise my voice or said anything rude and these workers were treating me as if I'm just a person who wants to give them a hard time. As someone who previously worked at target and loved it I can say target has not been the same. The service quality is not there anymore. And I will no longer shop at this location. read more

So to start target isn't always great. However this location has at least two stellar employees. Julian and Gisele who i see doing the curbside orders (my primary way to shop) are always friendly and personable they work quickly but never make me feel like they are to busy to help or are in to big a hurry to be pleasant. I had a complicated order today and they both made multiple trips in and out of the store to correct my order and were apologetic and kind while i had to wait. Another thing is when they are helping they acknowledge everyone with a "hi" and "be right with you" Target if you read this please know how fortunate you are to have workers willing to go above and beyond to make the shopping experience great. Target is a dependable place to visit, in general (I prefer this store to Wal-mart). We needed a few things on our trip (water, snacks, etc.), so we came here before heading back home. So we came here after checking out of the hotel. It was really convenient, because it's so close to Knotts Berry Farm. We only checked out the food and Halloween/ seasonal aisles (BOGO 50% off 2nd costume, BTW) besides the front refrigerated sections (water & gatorade) as well as the bathroom (pitstop). For the most part, the shelves are well-stocked. It is clean. The bathroom was clean too. We used self-checkout, which was quick. The customer base is families and single people. Few strange types shopping on our visit here yesterday. Slightly different set-up as there were no middle access points (to exit the department). Starbucks is in the front, as well as the sports and bargain knick-knacks (seasonal- always changes). Recycling center is in the front as well as a "No Solicitation" policy sign as well. (I was trying to see if there were Peanuts/ Snoopy items in the clothing department as we were passing though, but did not see anything.) read more

Never had a bad experience until today, employees are usually great and helpful. I ordered drive up and clicked "I'm here" and the employee walked to my car I told her "hello" she ignored me and said "for future reference let us know you're on the way" with an attitude. I said I did and she wants to argue like she knows me and said I didn't. I live 2 minutes away and I never complained about waiting. I didn't ask for anything free I paid for my items. If you're such an unpleasant person with an ugly personality you shouldn't be working retail. Bad vibes from this employee I need to sage myself now! read more
