I appreciate this Hobby Lobby, although it's a bummer they close on Sundays. (A smart move for Michaels Craft store!) I often invest more than I plan to here, lol but it's always worth it for the creativity I gain!

Hobby Lobby has been my go to DIY shop for my bridesmaid proposal boxes and my engagement party. They have a solid selection of crafts needed for event decor and home decor. Everything is reasonably priced in comparison to other craft stores. I can't wait to come back to pick up some fun items for our wedding!

When you walk into the door it is very spacious and picked up. I went there for some Christmas greenery and they had some but it was kind of expensive. I also looking for the viral highland cow wrapping paper and they plenty of it. I was so happy that i got two rolls. I also found this cup so when it gets to be Christmas time i can drink my coffee out of it. I was in the check out line and one of the cashiers waived us over because she didn't have anybody and so we didn't have to wait in line. Everything was picked up and organized. I just wish they had more selection for thanksgiving

Who wants to polish my knobs ? So much to choose from. Maybe we can have different ones for each cabinet, drawers, doors and on and on

Gosh, I don't know how this store and every craft stores always have low ratings. This is the second Hobby Lobby that I been to and I always find it hard and sad for the employees working there, not because of their job but because of the customers treatment. Working in retail is hard work, especially at a craft store, they have thousands of items and the customers expect them to know about every product or where is located at ? Is impossible because they change items occasionally meaning they move merchandise around the store to have better sales. Is a big store, is better to ask a manager to see where are the things you want or just look for it, sometimes, you find things that you don't even need or want, like me lol. And just a note on my end, for the people that is eating their products before purchasing is totally wrong. For instance, what if you opened it, took a bite and didn't like it ? You going to walk around the store and stick in something and walk away. I seen many people doing that and is not right. Not just this store but other stores too especially Walmart. You should pay for it before you open anything and eat it, is the right thing to do. Is a matter of right and wrong. Ok, maybe yelling at you to not open it before you pay is unprofessional behavior but think about them closing the store at night and they start cleaning, finding so many open packages that is half eaten. Is a big loss for any company. Some people might think is only a couple of dollars, imagine it in the hundreds or even thousands of open food packages, is a lot of money loss. They should invest in the store some loud speakers like that the major clothing companies, they can announce their closing times. Like " Attention customers, Hobby Lobby will be closing in 15 minutes, please have your purchase at the checkout before 8 pm, thank you for shopping at Hobby Lobby ". Then just do it every 5 minutes until 8 pm. Thank them and have a good night. Anyway, working in retail is a hard job, they hiring, maybe you guys complaining should work here so you can get a sense of how mean people treat you lol treat them with respect and kindness, then you get that in return. I just came for some butterflies, floral tape and the floral wire. I didn't know where to look after walking around then I asked one of the associates and she pointed me in the direction, found what I needed and see a lot of amazing things. This is a great place to come buy inexpensive gifts or things to make for yourself or your loved ones. I think all the employees are doing a great job. They may not have all the right answers but they're doing the best they can, so i wanted to thank them for being so helpful and hard working. Thanks to all the employees and managers, keep up the great work that you do. Why you guys ( customers) always pulled the race card when you don't get what you want ? Maybe you're the problem lol Have a good day!!!!

Wide variety of home decor items. Varied prices. Sales can be a good deal but full prices can be on the higher end. They don't take Apple Pay. Clean store with ample parking.

Just needed some supplies to make some props for a horror film. Got some glue, spray paints, acrylic paints, foam, the works lol. The lady that unlocked the spray paints was very nice.

I came back to return a couple of items that didn't work out and figured I'd at least ask about a price match. Joseph was incredibly patient and efficient throughout the whole process. He didn't rush it or make me feel like I was being difficult, which honestly can happen in these situations. He took the time to double check everything, made sure the pricing was correct, and handled it all with such a calm and helpful attitude. It made a frustrating situation feel easy. Really appreciated the level of care and customer service. Joseph is a great example of how much the right employee can elevate the entire experience.

As expected one scalper took a cart and hoarded most of it and called his fellow scalpers and took the rest of the Pokemon boxes. Less work by the staff as compared to having Pokemon fanatics fall in line at the counter and check out and make sure customers only has a limit of 2 items. I bet this is a decision from the supervisor or even higher. When somebody gets injured because of this Pokemon cards being on the shelves as compared to be placed behind the customer service counter, I am sure you it will cost more headache and even more money from Target. By the way, the scalpers left the Chaos Rising sleeves. Happy hunting!

They have a wide variety of everything compared to Walmart neighbor. I couldn't find my items easily and found it in the window w lock. I had to call the customer service rep to open the window for pain relieving cream. Takes time to buy something since they had lots of problems by shoplifters. Almost everything was locked. However, the prices are cheaper than Target. They had more selections compared to Target, CVS, and other markets. I found what I needed to buy from Walmart. And plus one stop shopping area if you are inside Buena Park mall. That is why I go there so often. Now this mall is under construction at the parking lot. They sell both men and women's clothing, shoes, handbags, perfume, hair accessories, kitchenware, bathroom items, etc. However, I have several complaints that need to be addressed. Firstly, every time I walk in, all the cashiers always look so depressed and expressionless. It's like they are getting beat up in the break room or something lol. Secondly, most of their shopping carts are horrible. The wheels don't turn and/or they are wonky and wobbly. If you have fragile items in your cart, you need to be extra careful, when pushing the bad carts around. Third issue I have is with the checkout process. I don't understand, why the cashiers are so impatient with the customers. They do not smile or greet you before and after the transactions. They will call the next customer over to their register, while still tending to the customer in front of them...??!! Especially when the customer they are currently helping, has not had the chance to pay, bag their own items, or place anything in their cart yet. It's rude, bizarre, and they do this every time!! They make you feel like you are just a number to them, and not a paying customer. The cashiers also refuse to hand you your receipt, they force you to grab it yourself every time. Usually cashiers in other big box stores, will hand you your receipt, but not the cashiers at Ross stores apparently. Regardless if a customer wants their receipt or not, the cashier should still politely hand it to them. For these reasons alone, I think they should just do self-checkout. Fourth issue I have is the quality of their bedding sets. I bought a white comforter set. Before using the comforter for the first time, I washed it just once (following the washing and drying instructions on the tag of course) and the underside of the comforter completely lost its softness. It had such a coarse and rough texture on it, that I cannot use it without a duvet. Again this was after just one single wash. I tried to use a lint remover/fabric shaver too, but it did not work. I am so disappointed because the comforter is beautiful, but not soft anymore like when I first brought it home :( On a separate occasion, I purchased an indoor lounge chair, that featured a gold metal frame, with a white seat cushion. I didn't notice there was black permanent marker type graffiti, on part of the gold metal frame of the chair, until I got home. I was going to return the chair, but I knew if I returned it and revisited the store at a later time, I would probably never see the exact same chair again. I also thought I could easily remove the graffiti myself, with home remedies. I tried several removal methods, but alas nothing worked. So I had no choice, but to purchase gold spray paint, to cover up the graffiti. It was a little irritating, because I had to spend more money, than I needed to. I wish I had taken a picture of the graffiti on the chair, before I spray painted it. I am a bit worried now, that other furniture items, might also have graffiti, dents, or scratches on them. Sometimes I see customers chilling on random furniture pieces, while not actually buying any furniture. I assume that's why there is graffiti on some furniture pieces?? Ross employees should enforce rules, about customers sitting on random furniture. Unfortunately, I now have to be extra cautious, when thinking about buying furniture, or bedding from Ross. Like I said, I think Ross should really consider self-checkout machines. Every time I come in, I feel like I am doing all the work, during the transaction process. Since the cashiers lack any type of customer service, there is really no point in them being there. It is a disappointing because although Ross is nice, the employees are not.
