We were lucky today!…read more Took my 95 year old mother in law on a shoe shopping spree. We needed wide shoes. They had wide shoes! We needed Sketchers. And they had it! Now, drum roll please....we needed 10 wide. They had 10 wide! It's not easy coming across this size and width. Service was super polite and super helpful. If you have regular width size, there are plenty of shoes for you. Brands like Vans, Nike, New Balance to name a few, are available. Husband and I are even more pleased than mama on this after Christmas gift! Located in the Daiso shopping center on Knott and Katella, there are plenty of parking. So next time you need new sneakers, come on by!

I upgraded to spend over $100 more my choice no problem. This is my second visit to the store and where I will caution everybody is they watch you as if you are a criminal. In addition the gentleman that works there, maybe the owner is so overpowering with his Customer service does not let you touch or look at shoes without him being next to you. I don't need help I'm a grown man I know what shoe size I am. I was there to get some black shoes and he's pulling out navy and other colors when I didn't ask for it. The Customer service is over the top in a bad way. They need to let people shop at their leisure and just kindly ask if One needs help. That is why they have a low score

I was greeted right away as soon as I walked in the door by Tina. This young lady is very…read moreknowledgeable about shoes. She had asked me about what I was looking for, she waited on me and size my feet. I don't know any other shoe store that does this kind of stuff. I don't even know if these kind of shoe stores exist besides Lucky Feet Shoes Store. Also, Sadia was very knowledgeable and her and Tina they're just exceptional and their customer service. If you're looking for a good shoe store this is a place to go in Seal Beach. I decided to get me the Hoka shoes. Considering I have back problems and knee problems and I walk my puppy twice a day. These shoes feel so light and they feel great on my feet. These are wide shoes and my toes are not feeling squeezed in. So if you have wide feet, they got a variety there for you too. Keep up the great work young ladies.

I cannot understand why there aren't lines waiting to shop at this place…read more My Podiatrist told me to ditch my old Sketchers and get better walking shoes. I asked a friend where he got his Hokas and he said a shoe store in the Ralph's shopping center. I knew the place as I live near that store on Seal Beach Blvd. Tina asked how she could help me and I told her my foot doctor wanted me to check out New Balance shoes. Tina took measurements of my feet and went to get me four pairs to pick from. I'll bet she spent a half hour helping me and basically telling e the same things my podiatrist said. Ultimately I picked a pair of Hokas and some Olukai sandals. And then she blew me away and asked me to come back in two weeks just so she could follow up. If you have sore feet, go see Tina, she really knows her stuff.

A year and a half ago, I had a job requirement that made me wear black shoes as part of the uniform…read morerequirement. The shoe stores at the Orange outlets were closed, and I knew this had to be my last chance, and thankfully this place was open. I asked an employee if they had any shoes for work, and she was so quick and straightforward with her job. She found a good pair of shoes for me to wear. I tried them out and I loved them. I quickly purchased them. The employer at the time loved them and even though I don't work at that place anymore. I still use those shoes when I need to put them on and pick up my brother from school on a lazy day.

Selection for running shoes isn't very good for shoe city and they follow you around the store and…read morestand there and watch you while you are looking at shoes. They ask "can I help you?" You say "no I'm just looking..." and they just stand there ...if you walk to the other side of the isle, someone else comes up and does the same thing. I do my best to stay away from this place but I decided to pick up some running shoes on the fly. I'll also add Ive been to this location four times and they literally have followed me around the store all four times. I forgot to add that when i was at the counter purchasing the shoes, I used my card, and when i tapped it, the machine prompted me to sign, so I grabbed the pen to sign and the lady snatched the pen out of my hand, pulled the shoe box closer to her and asked to see my ID. I gave her my ID and bank card and she kept repeating "is this you is this you..." and then turned my bank card around, and looked at the number. I don't know if she turned the bank card around to get my number on camera to possibly scam me later or what...but then she gave me back my identifying items, let me spin the wheel which nobody ever wins and I left. When I made a right onto Brookhurst street from the parking lot, I looked to my left, and she was staring at me thru the store window. At this point I felt obligated to leave a yelp review because everyone in that store is a liability and it needs to be known how they treat the public in the city in which they operate. This is not how you do business.
