Poor customer service. Called as website instructed for returns but no ENGLISH support. Spanish phones lines works fine with quick response. English options goes to voicemail to leave contact info then abruptly disconnects the call after stating their message. No option to leave my information. Called Spanish phone to ask if I could speak to English agent, the rep answers within 5 seconds but hangs up after my request for English. This place is great, a hidden gem. They have a cute show room. There's no way they could have everything on their website in the showroom but they can usually bring it from a larger warehouse or ship it to you the next day. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable haber comprado en esta tienda. Cuánto tú entras a su página ves las fotos e imaginas que al pagar 250 dólares por unos zapatos obtendrás un buen producto y elaborado con calidad. Aquí adjunté las imágenes de las botas que compré hace algunos meses para utilizarlas en un evento. Solo las utilize por una vez y las guardé en su caja, al usarlas por segunda vez la suela se desprendió completamente del zapato. Es ilógico que un zapato se dañe de esta manera con solo haberlo usado dos veces. Pero lo más desagradable es que contacte un agente para que me dieran alguna opción de reparar los zapatos y simplemente me trataron de una forma despectiva y desinteresada en mi problema.
