Items were sorted and organized very well in the store by type, size and color. It was very easy to find what I was looking for and there was a lot of available staff to help. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable too. Some surplus stores I've been to, they seem disgruntled or just too busy to help. I highly recommend Doughboys and I am going to come back for some boots later and a boonie hat for the sun.

Although I don't know her name but there's only two female working in that store and I repeat this lady is the rudest, unethical and very very mean in so many ways. By that, I mean when she talks to a customer meaning me she has no manners and very sarcastic. When you're working in a public environment and you're at the front line you give your best customer service so people will keep coming back. This lady has none of that. I own a restaurant and my customers are always my priority and I always greet them with a big smile and make them feel welcome.
