I think the aisles are lined with anti-fatigue floor matting. I would have loved to get safety glasses but it wasn't the kind I could wear over mine. The industrial gas cylinders are outside. There are gold shields to replace the ones in your welding helmet with. They also stock graphite to mark steel with. This store is a total scam I went in to buy a welding hood and the guy told me it had 3 years of…read morewarranty so I start welding and it starts flashing on and off while I'm welding. So my wife goes to get it replaced as I am at work and they tell her that they can't do anything about it cause and that maybe I drop it or something but I never did I only use the hood for a week. And so I call airgas HQ in Culver City and the lady was nice she told me that the hood has been discounted so the only thing they can do is give me a refund but as I work 10 hour shift it was hard for me to go to the store but today my daughter had a doctor's appointment so I took 2 hours off of work and I squeezed in time to go to airgas to get a refund but the guy said he'll just exchange the auto-darkening lense so he did and when I got out the clinic I checked the hood and it was the same one I had I know this because I places a little piece of electrical tape on the side. And to top it all off it was the branch manager who pulled that little stunt off . Talking about he emailed me yeah right. IF YOUR A WELDER OR THINK ABOUT WELDING DO NOT BUY A HOOD AT THE AIRGAS IN PARAMOUNT, CA

What are you looking for?" No welcome, no courtesy, no basic customer service. I believe the person was the owner, an older bald gentleman. I asked for women's pants, and apparently there are basically zero options for women. He went to the back, grabbed one pair, and said, "Here, this is all we got." That was it. Nothing displayed, no options to browse, and absolutely no effort to help. It's honestly impressive how quickly a business can lose a potential customer. People walk into stores because they want to spend their money not because they're asking for a favor. If you're going to run a retail business, basic respect and customer service should be a given. I left with my money still in my pocket, and based on this experience, I have no reason to come back

I've asked him simple questions multiple times and he'll straight-up ignore me like I'm not even standing there, for absolutely no reason. His customer service is horrible, his attitude sucks, and somehow he's still in a management position. I've even heard employees complain about dealing with him, so clearly I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience. Whoever is above him seriously needs to pay attention to how he treats customers and staff. Other than dealing with that miserable manager, the store itself is actually great for plumbing supplies, especially if you're trying to stay on a budget. Good prices and a solid selection.
