The service was cool. Was search for safety gear for work. They carried numerous items. This is like a mom n pops store that will have what you if your looking for things hard to find due to technology taking over. The prices are reasonable. Not sure on the quality yet still using the products I purchased. Would I go back I have been back 2 times already due to needing things hard to find. In my entire years of living on the planet earth, I have not encountered a company that is run as poorly or mismanaged as greatly as this company. I have to beg, figuratively speaking, to give them my business. They do not answer their e-mails, they do not return your phone calls, and all messages that are taken are not given to the proper recipients. The following is a true story with ZERO exaggerations... The other day I called to follow up on an order that I had e-mailed the prior week. I called and spoke to a nice lady that answered the phone and I told her that I was getting frustrated because I am trying to place an order and nobody is confirming the order with me. She told me to wait while she tracks down my order. I then, placed the call on speaker while I was sitting at my desk. I went on doing my work as I am rather busy during the work day. About 20 minutes went by (at this point I totally forgotten that I was even on the call), and someone came on the line and said "Thanks for calling Inpac Tools, how many I help you?" At that point I hung up the phone. Then, out of frustration, I went and jumped off of a cliff. Luckily I am still alive. read more

Very helpful & friendly. U can find just about anything here. Tools, safety vests, gardening products, and whole bunch of pet products. Best part: PRICE IS UNBEATABLE !!! I sometimes buy from this place and resell it b/c the price is so amazing. They said the business has been there for 20+ years. You know you're reliable when you can stay in business for this long. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they're doing!! I've been waiting over a year for a specific item. I was here last year when they told me they were out of that item but told me to place my order for the next shipment by August. I did just that. Sent them all the information they asked me for. I had to keep asking and calling because their customer service is non-existent. They kept telling me it was back ordered and it would arrive this date and then that date. Yesterday, I called and they told me that it was still backordered but they had 6 of the 2XL, I needed 120 of various sizes. They said the rest should be in next week. Even thought I had emailed them all the information more than once, the person on the phone had me repeat the order. I came by today to pick those 6 up for now. I decided to ask in person about the rest of them and I was told there were no more shipments and they had ran out. That I should have ordered sooner. So I guess a year in advance isn't enough. My order had just been confirmed yesterday and I was assured that it was already in. No one there cared, only shrugged saying they still had 2XL. Unbelievable!! read more

This place is crazy, in a good way of course. They sell everything you need from phone chargers, can openers, bulk nail cutters, bulk pine tree car fresheners, slingshots, crossbows, bb guns, machetes, pocketknives, axes, and your traditional shower radio. Great Place! Had Everything for my dad's project. I was so glad that I didn't have to drive him around from Home Depot to Lowes and back and forth just to find what he needs. Found all he needed from one place from gloves to tools, and also found some pans and house stuff for myself. Price$ were GOOD and the STAFF were really FRIENDLY!
