    Back in April of 2018 we bought a pulverizer from Pro Fasteners for $3,500.00. At first our contact…read moreat Pro Fasteners, Adina would not stop calling us regarding us buying the pulverizer. However, when the pulverizer did not work for us and we returned it, Adina stopped taking our phone calls. During the next 2 months after we returned the pulverizer they issued a couple of refund checks but none of them went through. It turned out that they were stopping the payments after issuing the checks. After promises of issuing new checks and cashier checks, we did not get anywhere with them. They continued to avoid our calls and ignored a letter from our attorney as well. Finally, in December 2018, we decided to take Pro Fasteners to Small Claims Court. When we got our court date in February 2019, we spoke to Adina about the issue we were having with the return. She explained that there was some cleaning they had to do on the machine so they "lost" money on this sale. (This was the first time hearing of this and had they told us earlier, we could have come to some sort of agreement). However, she also informed us that they had sold the pulverizer to another company. So they got paid twice for the same machine since they did not return our money! On our court date, Adina agreed to pay $3,000 in monthly installments of $500 until the balance was paid off. To this date, we have not received a penny from them. All they do when we call is give us the run around. We even hired a collection agency to help us get the money and they could not get any money from them either. We regret ever having done business with them since they are so dishonest and avoid your calls when you need something.

    I am posting this review to promote consumer awareness and transparency…read more I called in advance to confirm the availability of an electronic drill driver. The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing. De acuerdo con las expectativas de protección al consumidor en California, las políticas materiales...como la política de no devoluciones....deben comunicarse claramente antes de completar una compra, especialmente cuando el empaque es abierto por el personal de la tienda. Comparto esta información para que otros clientes tengan en cuenta esta política antes de realizar una compra.
