Been coming here since I was a kid with My Dad. They've always had any and all specialty tools that We've needed over the years. You want Marquez Hammers, they have'em. Need some VETO tool bags, yup, they have'em. Rows and rows of Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt, Metabo power tools (hand tools if they make'em) Stabila Levels, Yup, they have'em all. Soo many Kool brands that the Big Box stores don't carry on hand. The Bestest part is that the Crew here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly as can be. Their prices are very competitive, even against online pricing. Definitely a must Go-To for anyone needing and or wanting electrical, construction, automotive tools. read more

My father, who is almost 70, was there today picking up a table saw that was being repaired. I wish he would have asked for names so I could say who these specific assholes were, but he is FAR nicer then I am, and they are lucky I wasn't there. Apparently the employees who were helping him load the table saw into his vehicle were extremely rude, extremely rough with the equipment, and completely careless while loading. They ran the table saw over his foot (without any sort of apology), were extremely rough loading it into the vehicle, ended up breaking part of the vehicle (pictured), and when they loaded it in the wrong way and it was sticking out the back, they literally said "just use straps to hold it in". This would have shattered the back window, as a metal bar from the table saw would be directly resting on the window with the door strapped down. I have helped him load that exact table saw into it numerous times, it's not hard to get in and there is a correct direction so that the back door closes fully. But apparently that was too much work for these clowns and they just left him alone to fix it on his own. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I really wish I could name the employees, but again he is far nicer then I am and didn't want to cause any problems by getting their names or speaking with a manager. I just wanted to make sure this was known for anyone going to this place. And if anyone in management sees this, you need to seriously consider hiring better employees. read more

Lees tools is a great local tool spot, they have warranty and selected items and they have a repair technician to fix any tool you need instead of buying a brand new one, the staff is very cool and friendly and they have almost everything you could need to get some work done!!!! read more

Honestly thought they were great. I Walked up in there with my boy and asked the first person that worked there if they could help me find a hex adapter for my drill. After waiting around for 5 mins I thought they had left me unattended and vanished on me. As my friend and I were walking out the store ready to leave the employee came back and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Not harbor freight or Home Depot had the tool that I needed but these guys! Keep up the good customer service too! read more

First time in the place last week and was pleasantly pleased! I dealt with Cynthia on the phone and Juan when I came in. I feel both went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. This place keeps a nice stock of high-end tools and a good mix of budget tools. The only problem I have with Lee's Tools is if you're an Impulse buyer like me they will be getting a lot of your money! Lee's tools has horrible customer service they always pass around calls and never have answer when we follow up with our orders. I dont see why people give them such good reviews they are possibly fake. we took a tool to get fix or get an estimate on the issue we paid a $50 dollar fee for the estimate and they took over a month to let us know that they couldn't do anything and did not even specify why or what was the issue. This place SUCKS! if I could give negative stars or sad faces I will give them 100. I normally never write reviews unless Im very satisfied or disappointed. read more

I had heard a few good things about this place and not to mention they're right in my backyard.. so I said sure why not. I called to ask about my impact giving me issues with the trigger so I asked if it could be repaid with them. That's all I said after a good afternoon... and this guy was just rude and had a bad attitude with me AGAIN only ten seconds into the call haha literally this is all I've said to him. So I just brush it off, I ask if he has an idea how much it would cost me to get it fixed.. again with an attitude " well if it's still under warranty it won't cost you anything SIR. " like what the hell ?! Okay smart Ass. It doesn't make it any better to give me attitude over me asking politely, you answering with a rude demeanor and ending it with " sir " yeah.. I wasn't going to keep asking questions or mention I was looking to buy handful of tools I need. I'm good. Not even going through those doors to get this first hand. Just go elsewhere. I have been buying tools @ Lee's for close to 20 years and feel compelled to comment. Lee's has everything. If it is a tool, Lee's has it. I can spend a lot of time just marveling @ all the stuff that no one else has, that I need! Their prices have never been beaten on anything that I have bought there (& I do shop around). This place is cram packed with every obscure tool you can think of. I It always amazes me that they know where everything is, but they do, and they lay their hands on what you need quickly.
