I've been coming to Ace since I was a child. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I only needed a copy of a key and it was completed quickly. I was probably in and out of the store in 5-6 minutes.

Saved the day! I needed a tiny $1.79 metal rod to fix my labeler--something small but absolutely essential to complete a big purchase order. I searched everywhere--Amazon, Home Depot, nothing. It felt like this one little part was holding everything up. Then I found this Ace Hardware. Even though it was a 35-minute drive (and I usually rely on deliveries or closer stores), it was absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted multiple times and had the part in my hands within minutes. That kind of efficiency and service is rare. Big shoutout to Tommy--friendly, funny, and super helpful. The store was clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Parking was a breeze, and for once, I wasn't dodging runaway carts in the lot. It reminded me of how businesses used to be: warm, personal, and community-focused. And yes--I even caught their adorable little "guard dog" napping on the job. Just perfect. Thank you, Ace Hardware, for making my day and showing how customer service should be done

Unfortunately they butchered my door cut, which caused me to have to purchase a new one. They weren't very honest when someone delivered the door to me stating they told us it would be a little crooked. Is this what you call a little crooked? Let's normalize saying I am sorry but I do not know how to perform that task.

I cannot count the amount of times that I have walked past this store without taking a look inside. It's not inviting from the exterior, but thought I'd take a look inside today. I was planning to take a quick walk through the store, but kept stopping to look at the variety of merchandise. They sell the usual hardware, such as cabinet handles and paint buckets. The mini Ace paint buckets for $1.99 are seriously cute. They also sell toys, keychains, T-shirts, and signs. They even sell bbq sauces and meat rubs. I saw those items in the end displays. The store is jammed with merchandise. The gal at the store was greeting customers as they entered and exited. She was friendly and welcoming.
