But I was able to find a good spot. Well, this place is nice and huge. They have all kinds of stuff that I can use to do any type of do-it-yourself work. The prices are either neck and neck with Harbor Freight or lower. Its easy to find stuff, if you pay attention to the aisle signs. Obviously I didn't until I was about to leave. Biggest issue I have with this place is they dont offer ApplePay or any digital payment method. Also, they have a $5 minimum credit/debit card payment. I don't understand why there is a $5 minimum on a debit card purchase. Since that is not a credit card payment. But I do somewhat understand the credit card payment. Since they may incur a fee for getting their credit card payments processes. If so, why not just charge a small surcharge on any credit card payment for any amount lower than $5? That made me give this place 3 stars.

His customer service is horrible, his attitude sucks, and somehow he's still in a management position. I've even heard employees complain about dealing with him, so clearly I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience. Whoever is above him seriously needs to pay attention to how he treats customers and staff. Other than dealing with that miserable manager, the store itself is actually great for plumbing supplies, especially if you're trying to stay on a budget. Good prices and a solid selection. I am very impressed with my purchase of an 18 feet scaffold that I am used for my home project. I…read moreresearched and found this company and Sonny who sells scaffolds for much less than Home Depot or others. I did more research and the Perry Scaffolds are almost the same everywhere. Now I was also skeptical because there were some bad reviews in the past. But I thought if it did not work, I could always return it. I called Dec 5th, Sonny answered and we went through the price. I added an extra 3 feet outrigger for support and then he added delivery charge. And literally the next day on Dec 6th, I got the item delivered. I could not get it that fast even with home depot. It was 3 pellets of scaffolds, plus a top platform and the outriggers that totally to about 500lbs of weight. I built the scaffold the next day mainly by myself. I had help at the end to get the platform rails up to the top. Took me 1.5 days to get it all done because I did not know how to secure the outriggers better. Sonny was able to help and told me I installed it wrong, and I corrected the mistake. If you are doing 18 feet, do not rely on the 1/2 feet outriggers came with the package, you need a 3 feet ones which cost an extra $150 or so but makes it much more stable when you are at the top. Also make sure you have all the safety gears like hard hat, safety harness, and 6 feet energy absorbing lanyard. Safety first always! It was a great buy because it's cheaper than anyone, good quality, they delivered fast, and when I had questions, I was able to get it answered via text, FaceTime video and email. I got exactly what I need to get my project done. I'd recommend this to anyone thinking of buying a scaffold from Sonny.
