I am posting this review to promote consumer awareness and transparency…read more I called in advance to confirm the availability of an electronic drill driver. The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing. La primera llamada fue cortada por la persona que respondió. Una segunda llamada no fue contestada, y finalmente logré comunicarme desde otro número, donde me confirmaron que el producto estaba disponible. Al llegar a la tienda, otro empleado me atendió y completó la venta. Durante el proceso de pago, el empleado abrió la caja del producto sin que yo lo solicitara, mientras respondía a una pregunta relacionada con el producto. Dicha pregunta pudo haberse respondido sin necesidad de abrir el empaque. El producto no fue utilizado. Al intentar devolverlo, se me informó que la tienda no acepta devoluciones bajo ninguna circunstancia. Esta política no fue informada al momento de la compra y no aparece indicada en el recibo. De acuerdo con las expectativas de protección al consumidor en California, las políticas materiales...como la política de no devoluciones....deben comunicarse claramente antes de completar una compra, especialmente cuando el empaque es abierto por el personal de la tienda. Comparto esta información para que otros clientes tengan en cuenta esta política antes de realizar una compra.

Didnt let me look around the store to find what i need. Was being pushy. Said "you're not allowed…read moreto look around. Idk what kind of store they're running. Bad customer service. Store is a mess anyways. They have there lunch on a table in the middle of the store.
