IMO it has a Mom & Pop feel with the smaller size of the store and the personable employees. They have an astounding range of drink & camping items such as Stanley cups & bowls. I personally go there specifically to buy Meat Church spices which were previously sold online only & curated by pit master Matt Pittman. (Who recently was hired as Dallas Cowboys official pit master!)

I said "no way" and called up a friend to borrow a few bucks cause these people deserve every penny and then some. I'll be coming here any time I need anything hardware related. I purchased a Torx bit which I was told was "hardened". I was told it would not round off. The tool lasted about 2 seconds before rounding off. I took the tool back to MD with my receipt. I was told essentially they would not refund or return or replace the tool. MD's customer service is a poor example of standing behind a product. I ended up buying a bit from Harbor Freight which removed the bolt quickly. Not a good look for McFadden Dale.
