I was referred to this family owned business by my sister and was very pleased we went with Trust Carpet and Tile. Shout out to Bao, Eric, and Randy for their expertise in helping us customize our dream kitchen cabinet remodel from scratch. We recently moved to Anaheim and purchased a home built in the 70s without any renovations made. Needless to say the aged cabinets were the first order of business. You can browse many different cabinets at their store site. There are some models shown where they've recently ran out of that style (supply shortages) but they have similar alternatives in stock and at a very reasonable price. Then, they provided contractors to install and this only took a total of 4 days. The product came out was different from the sample in the show room. Because it was for my rental, my constructor opened and installed without my presence. I am not really satisfied then. The door was scratched and but the constructor installed without checking it. We had to pay for another door because the was nailed and could not be returned!!! read more

I worked with Bao and right from the start I knew I was in good hands. Within minutes he took my scribbled notes and transformed them into a perfect CAD model design of my kitchen and bathrooms. Trust Carpet and Tile helped me create my dream home! I was referred by a friend of mine to come here and when I came inside I was mindblown by the selections that they have. From the outside, I thought it was a small shop but I was thrown off by how many different styles they have from tiles, vinyl, cabinets, and countertop. It is truly a one-stop-shop! My kitchen originally caught on fire so I was ready to get everything done from the flooring to the countertops. This store is hiding ina little city in Midway. We are so happy with their service of Trust. Hai and Bao are very helpful. They helped me choosing the right material and color. It is different from when you see a small sample. They recommended me to go to MSI to choose color and materials, tell Trust what do you like and they do the rest. I choose Carrara Mist it is bright color but not white, there is some light yellow, light green and brown. I bought 3 prefabs. Two of 2x9 and one 4x9 total of $1730. I am satisfied with this product. After installation, I saved more than $1000. Compare to other store $4000 only quartz or Ikea who offered $4000 included installation. Then we bought luxury vinyl flooring color is Biscayne item N973 from American Distributor. It is a bright color between light yellow and green. 60"x9"x6.0mm Description: 6.0mm SPC floor (5+1) Wearlayer 0.5mm/20 Mil. Good price for this quality compare to HD or Lowes. I bought almost 30 boxes. couple plank broken in the corner. I got replacement for it. At this store you can get several names for people who does only countertops and backsplash. Trust is not responsible for their work. I called all of them to compare on July 2021 the price was between $250-300/slab. Then price has gone up to $350/slabs in few months. Just pay attention at the end if you want to polish the seam do it before they leave. I left them before they finished. And never come back when I called to polish. I trust TRUST and recommend to consider them when you plan to do kitchen or bathroom or flooring the whole house. read more

After going to three other cabinet stores, Trust was the only one that didn't try to upsell me. I had a very specific design in mind where I wanted two layers of molding to fill in the space between the cabinets and the ceiling. All the other cabinet stores told me that it couldn't be done, and the only way to fill the gap was to add another row of small cabinets. Our sales rep from Trust, Bao, came up with a design and configuration that met our request. Bao was a lifesaver during the installation when we had issues with our contractor. He was able to find someone to help us finish the installation in 2 days. Bao provided great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. He went the extra mile at every stage. The cabinets we bought come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer is extremely easy to work with. They quickly replaced a few cabinet doors that were defective within a couple of days. Thanks to Bao and his team, we now have a beautiful kitchen. read more

This location has many different selections for their floor tiles, counter tops, backsplash, and cabinets. I checked out a few other locations and they didn't have as many options available. Eric assisted us throughout our whole process with purchasing our items for our kitchen remodeling process. He was very helpful and patient. Up until picking up our items I would have rated them 5 stars for customer service, we even got a 3D print of what our kitchen would look like(not every company provided a print out, which is very helpful), but when picking up our items the communication got a little difficult with a few of their employees, we had missing cabinet handles, a few of the cabinets didn't match, and one door began to peel. We also drove down there a few more times than we originally anticipated and it did get a little frustrating. I do appreciate them taking accountability and taking care of the issues with no problem. I have not had the cabinets long enough to rate the quality of them. (FYI: the cabinets are not painted from the inside or bottom they are wooden color. Their prices are great, we compared them to many different locations. Overall I love how my kitchen turned out. read more

Do not support this business!!! Bait & switch procedures, total dishonesty and charging a 25% restocking fee for an order made the day before. Unbelievably horrible customer service. The salesman was on his phone the entire time we made the order. The delivery guy tossed around the pantry cabinet box like it was old laundry, no doubt damaging the contents. The order didn't even get off the truck, less than 24 hours after we placed the order, and they are keeping $1,300!!!! Totally disgusting. I'm surprised somebody hasn't burned this place down yet. The saddest part, is they have sold easily 10-12 countertops to customers that I referred to them. Don't go here, you will get screwed!!!!! read more

Due to COVID, we cancelled the plan & didn't need the preordered titles. They were still so nice & helped us out, they only charged small restocking fees. When my recently remodeled house had a slab leak and needed the baseboards and flooring replaced I called around and found that only Trust was flexible and accommodating enough to send me pictures of their stock. I had worked with them before which was helpful because I saved the old receipt and was able to order the same matching baseboards. They were also willing to deliver for a small $20 fee which was important because my tenants weren't going to go pick up all those materials. Being able to see the brand in the pictures allowed me to look up the stock in the company catalogues and pick out flooring 1600 miles away. Good prices and pretty good cabinets but they get busy. Like most cabinets on a budget, they're from China. You can pay $10k for American made cabinets if you want. These have soft close and are made of plywood which I like. Never get anything with particle wood.(HD) They messed up on my order by not having an item in stock when they said it'd be ready in 4 days. Because it was a rental, it was fine and I got a discount. Frustrating but my contractor needed it. I'll be back for my rentals but I'll be very careful if it was my own house. read more

Avoid these crooks at all cost! Talk about unprofessional, unethical and just a complete sad excuse of a business! They say you get what you paid for right? Well, if I had received what I had paid for that wouldn't be the issue here. These crooks claim it's your fault when they come out and measure your kitchen for cabinets and then order incorrect pieces. They then refuse to correct their mistake and tell you that you should modify the cabinets to match. Why the hell would someone order custom cabinets then? You don't take an upper cabinet and then modify it to be a base cabinet, the footings/support is wrong and so is the depth. How do you just modify that? Idiots! Own up to your mistakes, give your customers what they ordered and paid for and don't tell them they have to fix your mistakes. Let's hope they shut down. Seriously, go somewhere else unless you want to be screwed over having to customize cabinets you had custom ordered. You're shady crooks and I'm not gonna stop til everyone including Better Business Bureau is aware and shuts you down. read more

After many years of our outdated kitchen, we wanted to give our home a modern makeover. We were recommended to come to Trust Carpet and Tile because of their prices and endless selections. Previously our house felt very cramped so we told One of the worker Eric we wanted to create more of an open concept. He gave us so many ideas of how we can transform our kitchen that I didn't know was possible. He was patient in going through the different products they offered and we ended up getting a new cabinets, countertop and vinyl. We originally planned on doing the kitchen but after how helpful the team was and the money saved going through them, we ended up doing our rooms as well! My mother was in the process of redoing the kitchen in the house and redoing all of the kitchen cabinets. She wanted to save money and found out about this place. She went, and made her order. We were under the impression that: 1. the kitchen cabinets would come with the countertops, and 2. the kitchen cabinets would be delivered fully assembled. The first time my mom went to follow-up after the initial order, they told her the countertops do NOT come with the cabinets, and are ordered and delivered separately. The countertop price was not included in the overall price at first. That was not much of a big deal but it did make things more stressful for us. On top of that, we also found out they forgot parts of our order and we had to take the time to make our selections again. Then, on the day the kitchen cabinets were supposed to be delivered, they came DISASSEMBLED. We were under the impression they would come completely assembled (without the countertops), and that all our kitchen remodeling contractor had to do was install them in the kitchen. We were never informed about the cabinets arriving disassembled, or the countertops, and these are things that should be explicitly stated during the ordering. We were extremely frustrated since we wanted to keep to our remodeling deadline so we could make things more comfortable sooner for my autistic sibling. Unfortunately, our deadline has been pushed back at least a month (estimated) and on top of that, when we called this place back to let them know what happened, they said they would only offer about a 75% refund. This is also another policy of which we were not informed. Now we will need to go to another (hopefully better) kitchen cabinet place. I would not recommend this to ANYONE looking for a kitchen cabinet place where one expects them to do high quality professional work with helpful customer service. Update (9/14): my mom went back to them to inquire about a refund in-person, and they were nice about it and gave her the full refund without asking questions. Upgraded the review from one star to three stars (in my book, that's passable but I still would not recommend to friends). read more
