The other day, I busted a very expensive carbide tipped bandsaw blade and took it to them to weld. The gentleman at the front counter, I wish I'd gotten his name, said he could help me and said he would be right back. I was quite surprised that he could do it while I waited. I asked if I could watch him do it because I'm interested in mechanical processes. He told me it would be kind of boring but I was welcome to watch. This turned out to be a pretty cool experience and he made short work of grinding, welding, and cleaning up my blade. He twisted the 115" bandsaw blade into a neat little three ring compact circle, threw a zip tie on it, and said, "There you go, no charge." I gasped, "Really?!" He replied, "Yep, just buy your next blades from us." My kind of handshake-type people right there! You can bet your butt I'll be buying my next band saw blade from them! Also the gas tank had a crack in it which I had patch it with a hardner. New dual gas line and spark plug & $225 more. I deny it since my weed eater started no problem and worked. So I pick it up later at home I gas it up a new crack and it won't stay on. So I won't be coming back and won't recommend it friends and family. Time to find a new repair shop

My new z-fold 8 didn't quite fit my charger just right not with the cover on. I needed something that was almost the same length as the motorized phone dock in my car, so it would quit attacking the leather case that sits about an inch outside of the edge of the phone itself. The moment I walked in Paragon Plastics I received a friendly helpful greeting from Armando. Armando's customer service was Top Notch, I thought I was going to have to wait a couple days for this little tiny thing I needed, but nope he found a gap with customers and whatever project he was working on to produce my needed piece of acrylic. He just seemed to have a goal that any customer walking in there was going to be happy and pleased when they walk out. And zip amount of time he produced the part already finished when I thought he hadn't started yet. My brother and I when we were in high school saw the first I believe plastics acrylic shop open in Fullerton, and we often drove down there just to mow through the remnants of plexiglass to see what we could make. We've made elaborate wall clocks, of course all the little electric clocks that you grew up with come all of a sudden had modern new housings. I have made pedestals in the past for my stores when I had had them. Even for a couple of well-known art galleries in Laguna Beach including Jack eschbach when he was featuring a special Crystal sculptor artist from Austria. The long and the short of it, there's so many things that you can make create, problems you can solve with acrylics. Some of them very beautifully. These people seem to be able to do everything having to do with acrylics. I even designed a special sliding glass insert to install a portable air conditioner, if you know something about them can only be used in windows. I made a frame out of plexiglass. It was so much cheaper than I thought and what I thought was impossible was now silly that I hadn't done it sooner. There is just nothing your imagination is limited to when it comes to this store. Do yourself a favor, and check them out, and maybe come with a couple of ideas that have been looming on your thoughts for a while. Armando is going to be the guy to give you the best service. Even if you've had a quote for maybe a project, come on the store and check out the remnants and maybe what you but was too difficult. Let Armando solve it for you. I know it sounds like they hired me and it's paid, I guarantee I just walked in and I'm just very happy to have found this place. Need to be surprised not all acrylic shops are this consumer public-friendly. Since I've had amazing service, I would highly recommend you ask for Armando when you drop in.
