Took my lawn mower to get looked at. It wasn't starting and possibly needed a "tune up". Was ready in a couple days and now starts fine. "Workers" are friendly but hope you know what you're looking for. Place is like a messy garage. Needs to get tidied up a bit.

Poor service. Instead of taking their time up to examine the device, they concluded the tool required a new device and it was not fixable.

Customer Service is absolute garbage. I was assaulted by a employee there and when I called to…read morespeak with the manager after being chased out of the store.from the hostile young man all I wanted to do was keep the inventory slip of the nuts and bolts that I was going to purchase and he didn't want me to keep that piece of paper for some reason... He then proceeded to tightly grip onto this piece of paper as I was asking for it to leave because I was already running late and I needed to go because my fiancé was waiting for me at work and I had his car... That being said this young man would not relinquish this piece of paper. I had to pry it out of his hand, rip it out of his hand, and then he tried to say that I put hands on him. Yes, I did to get him to pinch from this piece of paper. It was the uncomfortable most uncomfortable situation I've ever endure in my life shame on this little lame after calling the manager to tell them exactly what happened because they saw some of it. They backed him. I could have called the cops on this little punk because he essentially held me hostage and assaulted me. I am beside myself at health management, they handled it. These people are disgusting but I'm sure ice will handle it thankfully...

First off, this is my only 1 star review. All past reviews are 5 stars because I look for the good…read morein people and service, not the opposite. Not sure what this guys position is but he's an absolute a$$hole. Between this location and the Orange location I've spent a good $700 the last few weeks buying everything needed for a recent woodworking project, camping trip, and all the random HF deals that you end up buying for no reason. I went back because I forgot one item at 8 pm and he wouldn't let me in after I just spent $180 this trip. Yes I understand you close at 8 but 1 extra minute of me being in there goes a long way for customer appreciation, especially with 2 people still checking out. Before that he was helping me with a roof rack and couldn't be more rude, rather pissed off because my elbows are messed up and going in for surgery soon and he had to help me carry out the roof rack, which is maybe 40-50 lbs. he doesn't care about customer appreciation and not sure what his title is, but if anything above entry level, should start from the bottom again and understand how to be a good person. He has the attitude that he's "The Man" and better than you. honestly just sad to witness considering. I will only be going to the Orange location moving forward. One last thing, the other workers were kind and very helpful. This guy takes a 5 star review to negative 300. Please fire him and I'll be sure to edit my rating

I forgot his name but he was so helpful. He told us aisle 47. And grey was very helpful. The Customer Service here is outstanding and above and beyond. The workers here works super hard and definitely serve the community of Tustin. This is by far the best Lowe's I have ever been to. Definitely would recommend and come back. Once again LOWE'S DRAPERY / BLINDS TEAM provided us the most fabulous service one could imagine…read more Not only did they make recommendations that saved us a lot of money ($7,000) by recommending we call the LEVOLOR vendor and check the warranty on our blinds that one of 8 had somehow gotten damaged. LEVOLOR found our original purchase order and replaced our blinds. LAKEESHA, our representative at Lowe's Tustin, then SUMMER, the manager and JEREMIAH Bischof, the Lowe's installer did a fabulous job making sure our product arrived safely and completely, then coordinated the installation on a date that was perfect for us. Mr. Bischof did not leave until our blinds were perfectly installed in our windows and worked perfectly. We sincerely appreciate the involvement, care, professionalism, and detail provided us by this amazing Lowe's team. THANK YOU!!!
