Our lawn mower sat too long without use and wouldn't start. We attempted to figure out a solution on YouTube, but no luck. I "inherited" an aging (2005) Bolens lawn mower after a recent move, and it would no longer start. Tried bringing it to Lowes, which wanted to charge $120 minimum for repair. I am REALLY HAPPY with Ramiro and his crew. I took my troybilt 5 HP wood chipper in because it shook terribly and would not shred even small twigs. He found out that the blades needed sharpening and the screws that hold the case to the engine were pretty loose. The service was superb, fast, and reliable. I brought it in on Saturday just by the closing time (they were kind enough to wait for me even though I got there after 3:00). They saw the problem right away, and told me it would be ready for Wednesday, and it was. They had to dismantle the whole thing to get to the inside blade, and it was really cheap. I am so glad that I found this shop! It is a real garden tool place. I think you need to be aware that Ramiro, the new owner, has owned this business only for the last two years. Any reviews prior to 2012 do not talk about him or the work he has done. Fair is fair! read more
