Love that we chose to purchase our TV from this place. We can tell that they care about their customers long term because of how they helped us. We had purchased a TV and ended up having to bring it in for a repair. Even though we were out of warranty time frame they agreed to take a look at it and help troubleshoot the issue. We went and took the Tv and .. in 5min it was all resolved. They fixed it quickly and for free! When other repair places were charging so much just to take a look at the TV (not counting repair and part fees). I saw the TV I wanted on Ebay and noticed that it was pick up only. I found the phone number of the store through google and gave them a call. When I got to the store, the owner Romero was there and was really knowledgeable with the TV differences and was nice enough to explain. These guys have great prices and also gives you a 3-month warranty. I decided to opt in and purchase a higher model Samsung 2018 75" Q7 and was very happy with my decision. These guys even helped load my TV for transport. I set up the tv the following day and was able to program everything with no issues. Since I already have a Samsung account I was able to register the TV with no problems. The TV came in the original box and was in mint condition with no blemishes that I can see. As was explained to me, the TVs are purchased in containers from Samsung or LG, with damages ranging from a slightly ripped box to broken screens and everything in between. The owner painstakingly examines & tests each unit to determine which units will be offered for sale. The rest of them are disassembled to extract the undamaged modules which are sold to repair shops. The TVs have both a 30 day return policy (10% re-stocking fee) and a 12 month warranty. Once you've specified the model you want, the owner removes the selected TV from its box, connects it to power, demonstrates that it works and shows how to easily configure it once you get it home. Because credit cards charge 3% and PayPal charges 5%, you will get your best deal if you bring cash (eBay prices include "or best offer"). I bought two Neo QLED TVs (65" & 55") that are currently for sale at stores like Best Buy, but I was able to (politely) negotiate a great price for the QN90A units. Before I begin, I want you all to know that I am in no way shape or form have no benefit from this review. This is my complete unbiased review. I bought a 75 inch samsung 8 series TV during the holidays. Their prices were significantly better than all the Black Friday deals and I searched very thoroughly. I went to the store to review the Tv myself to make sure this wasn't too good to be true. The store front seemed sketchy but the customer service made me believe in the owner and the product. They took the TV out, inspected it, turned it on, and even reviewed how many minutes it was used. Besides the box being completely used up, i was convinced this was a new legit TV. I bought the TV but was not able to take it home for a couple months because my house wasn't ready. The owner was nice enough to keep it in stock for me. I finally brought it back and hooked it up to my spectrum cable TV. When I turned it on, I was actually disappointed. The quality of the picture was not what I expected especially ESPN. I was legit concerned that I got swindled into buying a crappy product. I immediately called the owner and he was super nice and understanding. We talked over all the reasons why The picture was crappy. He was confident it wasn't the TV but rather the spectrum service. I turned on Netflix and the picture was prestine. I even bought a brand new Costco TV of the same model just to be sure. I hooked that new TV and I had the same poor image. So in the end, the TV I bought from Mr TV was just as good as the brand new Costco one. The poor image was from the cable service I give a very high recommendation to this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I called 3 different times and spoke with someone about buying a 55" Phillips TV and the guy said that he'd give it to me for $540 hitch was a discounted price. which I thought was great! He said it was in Great condition and 30 days warranty and that he wasn't gonna be there Saturday but he told his boss about the price and to hold it for me. So my girlfriend and I drive 1:30hrs to get it We get there and the guy(owner) didn't even know about the tv, the price or that I had called.... Great... The place is a fucking mess... EVERY TV HAS A SCRATCH!!! EVERY TV!! He shows us the 55" and there's a huge Scratch and when he turns it on there's two clearly visible black spots where it's burned in... He sais he has a "better on in the back" but that the price was $550 + tax and 10% for warranty.... After arguing for a bit, he calls the guy who told us $540 out the door and they had a few words in a different language... And he said that he would give me the scratched tv for $540... I said... No thanks... Walked out PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!! His rude, it's a pig Ben in their and all tv's are in a pretty bad shape. I found a better place called HD DIRECT! I bought a vizio 50" NEW!! Bought a TV from here off eBay. Description said it had a small scratch on the screen (picture included) and scuff/marks on the bezel (frame) of the tv. But it was a 1700 tv that they were selling for 900, so my wife and I said why not? We drove an hour down there. The tv was exactly as they described it. I saw the scratch, but when we turned on the TV you couldn't even notice it. They let us look at it and check it out for awhile. So, we finally bought the TV and headed home. TV is sweet! BUT THEN! About two months later, a horizontal line of dead pixels showed up toward the bottom. NOOOOO! I was like, "I knew we shouldn't have bought a used TV from somewhere like this!" My wife and I said, "oh well." But then a month later, I randomly found the receipt for the tv, but it was a week after the 90 day warranty. Sadness! But my wife said, "let's call them anyway." The owner answered, she told him what was going on and he told us to bring the tv in. So sure enough, we brought it in, they turned it on and saw the dead pixel line. They said, "ok, we see this is not from damage or it being hit, so we're going to exchange the tv." I was like YES! The owner was so nice and professional. He was willing to honor the warranty after expiration, and my wife and I went home with another tv of the same exact model, no problem. So, that was pretty awesome. And now we are enjoying our 70" Vizio to the fullest. And next time we buy a tv, these guys will be the first we call. Oh, and by the way: Elijah's review is obviously a troll sent by HD Direct to sabotage Mr Tv Electronic to make HD Direct look good. So lame. I wish you could flag reviews like that. read more

Less than an hour each way, and they showed me the actual TV, and then helped me load it in my car, which was a tight fit - I had measured it before going, and knew it would squeeze in. So it's been about 4-5 months or so since I've bought my Samsung Q8 from here, and it has and is working as if it were brand new. Don't get me wrong, these TVs are obviously open box or slightly scratched from transporting or something. You're kidding yourself if you think they can give these deals on brand new TVs. But for what it's worth, I don't regret the price I bought it at at all. I got it for $700. No scratches on the screen or anything. More than 2.5x less than retail. That's ridiculous. Recommended. After a load of research on 4k televisions, I pulled the trigger on a 2019 Samsung 65" Q90 model. However, the cost of a brand new Q90 is prohibitive. Therefore, it became apparent that buying refurbished might be the way to go. However, how would a secure, safe transaction be possible for an expensive purchase that wasn't authentically new? On to this seller... After careful crosschecking, this seller came up on eBay as "santefespringsales", and the reviews were all good, 100% positive. Likewise, the Yelp reviewers spoke highly of this seller. Still it is hair-raising to buy a big ticket item in this fashion. Biding my time, ever cautious I was, until this seller posted a phenomenal deal on the Letitgo mobile app. After sending a private message, this seller got back to me with the terms of a proposed deal. Ramiro spent time with me, powered up the television, deciphering the many features, explaining the pros & cons of this particular model. It became apparent, right away, that this is an honorable seller. Moreover, Ramiro (not "Romero") gave me a receipt, six-month warranty, and told me to call him if there were any problems. FYI, I was able to register it on samsung.com, but with a five-month warranty only (for some reason?). This was a positive transaction, and I was able to get my desired television at a phenomenal price.
