But I didnt notice the price went up afterwards. The set came with linear//red switches for the 10 keyless keyboard but i think i prefer brown since its nosier but at least it wasnt the silent one. The keyboard and mouse are wireless and i needed a replacement mouse for my logitech g502 since my cat knocked it down and i lost the side button. The frieren keyboard will be replacing my duckys. No complaints since parking lot is big and it was easy going in and out of the store.

I have 3 issues with my TV installation:…read more 1. I paid for wires to be hidden, and they were not hidden. The installation team instructed me to conceal them myself in a wire guide; when they said that, a refund should have been issued. 2. They disconnected my in-wall RF antennae cable, and did not re-connect it to the TV that I purchased from them. This cable provided access to my preferred programs. There is no room behind the installed TV for my arm to fit and re-connect it myself. 3. A real chat agent re-scheduled a "fix" team for 2 weeks after the chat. On the day of the scheduled fix, I got a phonecall from a different employee, telling me there is a $90 charge for them to re-install the antenna cable that they un-installed! Before the pandemic, I was able to install the antenna on my roof, and route its cable thru my attic to the old TV. I am 74 now, and the installation team un-did this antenna installation that I performed when I was still able to accomplish it safely. If BestBuy truly valued this paying customer, and wanted me to return as a repeat customer, they would fix a mistake at no additional charge. This is common sense.

I forgot to follow up with it, but I did and I went over and he took care of it under 20 minutes for three times less than I was quoted for Montebello speaker while I was in my car listening to the Dodger game. I agree, send my phone in and it arrives on the 14th of May. I don't hear back until the 19th of May saying that they need to order parts and it's going to take longer for me to get my phone back. All they offered me was "expedited" shipping which still adds on another five days for me to get my phone back. The only thing they had to say throughout this entire process was, 'oh, we can't control the shipping times...' Zero accountability and poor communication from the beginning. I cannot recommend anyone use this business because of how poor this recent experience was. I was originally happy to have them was an alternative to Apple. I'd rather have my phone reset and pay a lot less than deal with this business again.
