To be honest, I've never really wanted to be a fan of this target most likely because I probably will. Let's be honest I judged it I guess like the environment, but this has to be one of the best targets like that I've been to all the merchandise is always stocked up compared to my local target at the shop at this target has everything whether it's like clothing even the food section. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because the restroom is always so nasty stinky and dirty and I mean always. I've never been inside and it's like clean but other than that I don't have any other issues with this target. I do enjoy shopping here. read more

Don't get me wrong I LOVE Target my favorite store to shop ... this was the worst location I have ever been to!! I first went to the restroom I have never seen such a nasty dirty Target like this. I proceeded to the women's clothing area despite the restroom and I was extremely disappointed at what I seen. This location was such a mess I didn't even look any further I left and didn't purchase anything. I only went into the restroom and women's department that was enough for me to see and leave this was on a Friday evening about 6:30 pm. Clothes all over the floor , shelves so messy I was extremely disappointed to see Target in this condition. I have never been to that location before nor will I ever go back there again I will continue to my regular location in West Covina which is always very neat and clean no matter what day or time. I'm gonna start by saying that I LOVE target. I love to browse, I love to walk in and get me a coffee from the Starbucks inside and buy some stuff I don't need. What I didn't love was being told I couldn't purchase something by a rude old lady employee stocking the playing cards. I wasn't even doing anything! I was browsing (not touching) and she was stocking, she turns to me and says "you can't buy any of these until I finish here"... that's the first time I've ever been told something like that at ANY target. I didn't argue. I just walked away, I don't believe in being a Kevin but it really made me upset. As I'm checking out 10min later there is a line of middle school aged boys standing, waiting for her to finish. I was looking for after Xmas stuff on a Monday in late December. This Target usually has more Xmas stuff than other Targets in the area. I waited when it was 70/50 because its cheaper than 50/30. When I went on the morning, the workers were organizing the area and condensed to smaller area to make to make room for valentines stuff. Lots of pillows, small Xmas trees, candy, Xmas clothes. However; Paper on the floor plus 3/4 of the restroom stalls have toilet paper on the floor and toilets that were left un-flushed if you know what I mean. This review is for the pharmacy, not the rest of the store. This Target is in a huge shopping area with Ross and El Super. Lots of parking spaces, but it gets crazy especially on weekends! The pharmacy area itself is small and a bit crowded, but the customer service is great! The pharmacist takes the time to really help customers. read more

This Target was our go-to for many many years, but after recent changes to the majority of their items being locked up, we will no longer choose to visit. I much rather drive to a location that doesn't have their items locked up, even if it's further away. Takes so long for an employee to come unlock the item, and as a shopper who loves to go in and out as fast as possible...this made it impossible and frustrating to shop. And to top it off, the employees who come and unlock the item looks so annoyed they have to do this...like, don't give me hard time when the company you're working for is requiring a key for every item in the majority of their aisles. I hope they change their system. If not, at least think of a faster/more efficient process. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Target to death, but their new store layout is just a disaster. Target used to be my favorite store in the whole wide world. I'd come here for clothes, toiletries, snacks, drinks, beauty. Everything I needed, they got it, except for some of my Asian goods. I also absolutely loved their Target Cartwheel, now called Target Circle app. Saving coupons, scanning items in the store for discounts, and paying through the app is the breeziest thing since I've been to a beach. But wow, the store layout has made this location the absolute worst. Parking has been packed, especially on weekends. Half of the parking lot is now in construction for more Storage Units... There are no public restrooms as of 8/6/2021. The aisles are one person only now. I don't even know where to put my cart when grabbing an item from a narrow aisle. It's absolutely horrible. Due to the jam packed store, I'm shopping strictly off the Target online app if my items are available. The only downsides that have happened to me a few times - I've needed to return gummy vitamins (they melted), skincare (they were open), and other household items (they shipped damaged), and I'd still need to visit this Target location to make my returns. I will say, I love that they are putting all refrigerated items in an actual fridge with doors. It definitely saves energy and I applaud them for it. But please, give us space to move around. I don't like bumping into everyone and constantly needing to say "Sorry, the aisles here are incredible. Am I right?" read more

This past week I had a frustrating return experience at your Commerce Target store (TO189). I returned unused toddler clothing (purchased online February 11th) only to find it was from a non-returnable third-party vendor--a fact not disclosed online. While Guest Services ultimately resolved the issue, the initial store supervisor, Cecy, lacked helpfulness and offered no apology. Cecy gave me a number to call Guest Services in order to receive help with the issue. I found her attitude unhelpful and uncaring. Guest Services informed me Cecy the supervisor should have called them to rectify the problem. In contrast, supervisor Tony's assistance was excellent the following day. Tony's professionalism and willingness to find a solution were exemplary and in shark contrast to my previous interaction. Clearer online return policies and improved staff training are needed to prevent similar issues. read more

While the facility is newly remodeled and looks pretty, treatment had by one of the employees was very rude. Talking about your customers in Spanish because they say they don't like being approached in Spanish is not ok. If English is not the first language, that does not mean they don't understand. I appreciate Target tending to customers In Spanish, but one should not assume. Either way, for a manager and associate to bad mouth customers in a foreign language is way out of line! This to me is extremely unprofessional! What about someone who would not have understood. I will not be taking my business to that location again. And this is not the first time something like this has happened! A score of -1 if I could!!! read more

Their family restroom is always closed and so is the large stall in the women's restroom so if you've got a stroller with you or have a wheelchair then you're out of luck. Also if you have a drive-up order near closing time, They'll close the store and not give you your order even if you checked in on the APP 30mins prior to closing. Glad I live closer to the Alhambra Target where this stuff doesn't happen. read more

The store has a very complicated layout, I'm not sure whether it's temporary or not, but hopefully they could change that, it's like walking into a maze if I could find my aisle for the right department. Although they're well stocked, most of their items were damaged, especially toys, I came in looking for a transformers, found 5 on the floor, checked both on the system kiosk and directly from an employee, they were showed zero, so the store didn't update their inventory correctly and also the delivery messed up their products, those can't be sold because they're looked like they were thrown really hard and stepped on, maybe someone could discounted them if exterior boxes were damaged, I was lucky enough to find a least damaged one with only a dented corner and little wrinkled back. Also they had a security at the self checkout machines, another major shoplifting issues maybe hmm, can't say that I'm comfortable with shopping here again, unless other nearby Target had no stocks of my items. The parking lot was a bigger mess too, I just don't feel safe parking my car around this area, spotted a lot of sketchy groups around the lot, maybe should not shop here too late, but I'm glad they're opened until mid night so I got more time to do a quick stop by instead of driving all the way to Rowland Heights to buy my toys and not even sure if they had it there read more

Such a horrible experience at this target. The girl on register 8 with long black straight hair has no customer service skills and is very rude, why is she working there? This girl gave me a horrific attitude when asking her for a product that her register had, she told me she could not find it. She talked to me like if I was mad and I wasn't even mad I just needed my product. She did not give me my total of my purchases and threw my receipt at me. I left that store extremely abused and will not return. In fact, that lady at the electronics department was not nice and I felt like I was bothering her for her customer service. I have called to ask about products that are already online because I prefer to go in store and pick the one to my liking I call so I don't waste time and they confirmed on the items but unfortunately when I go the employees tell me other wise their for waisting my time. Another problem is employees will tell me the items online go up before they can be sold in stores so after asking when the item will be available for in store purchase and coming back when employees guarantee it will be in store I come to find they were available when I first asked and I can no longer purchase the item because it's sold out. I've tried to give this Target location chances to redeem itself but man it stinks. I ordered a item online for Drive-Up. I arrived 20mins before closing (with an infant and toddler in the car). I clicked on the APP to inform the store I had arrived. 5mins go by, 10, 20, ... then I see the security guard closing the doors and telling customers that the store is closed for the day all the while the APP is telling me someone inside is working on my order. Then the lights in the store dim, and the store closes. I immediately cancelled my order and purchased it elsewhere. I'll never return to this Target location. read more

I went to get a couple of snacks for my daughter and I paid with the PANDEMIC EBT that was given to me in the mail without me asking or applying because literally every kid in school or almost every kid got one! He questions my work ethic and asked if I like to work when I pulled out the P-EBT! I went back today and he looks at me from head to toe giving me bad looks and even my 7 year old daughter asked "mom do you know him?" He's looking at us weird!" I always loved coming to this target because its the closet one to me, apart from that ive never had an issue up until now. I noticed today that they has a majority of there items locked in shelves, im sure its due to people steeling, however it has a button your press to call for assistance. I waited 20 mins in the nasal spray area and no one came over my son began to get fussy to i left the section and continued with my shopping, I then came back and pressed the button again and 5 mins later pressed the button again waited an additional 15 mins and gave up. Unfortunately no one was around and having a fussy toddler doesn't help the situation. I just hope they have team members actually answer these pages when customers need something because it will definitely make this target lose more sales since almost everything from the detergent, body soap, shampoos, deodorant, etc sections are all locked away, it definitely sucks not being able to grab and go and do a fast transaction. read more
