I usually don't have that issue, however my daughter said she felt uncomfortable this particular day because they followed her as if she's going to steal something. It made her shopping experience uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. I did not know she felt this way. She said she will no longer shop their in the afternoon only mornings because it seems in the mornings they don't make her feel this way. I guess it depends who is working at the time. The cash register girl, was friendly. It was the person who was working the floor that made her feel this way. The pants I purchased were on sale, and they seem to be good quality so far.

She said in her 30 years she would never say that which I replied, of course not because I didn't speak to you, and possibly your sons misspoke to me but that is what they told me. She then replied that there are signs all over the store and I told her if I had seen them I wouldn't have asked for the return policy. She offered store credit and once I agreed she then began saying my pants were not from two days ago and they don't sell the pants I returned. I assured her I bought them there and I had the receipt to prove it. Completely unprofessional, policy should be more lenient since their fitting rooms are closed. I like how they organized the store so men and women clothing are separated and everything is hung on racks according to size. Customer service here is excellent.
