As soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted by the lovely Matthew who was wearing an HP badge and said "I'm The Printer Guy but I'm also a huge nerd so I can help you!". And he did. 30 min later I walked out with exactly what I needed. No upsell, no pushing extras, just a very affordable all in one to serve my at home needs. Issac, the cashier was also super helpful and friendly, he went to the back to locate the model I needed. So I'm not sure why all the hate. These reviews almost scared me away, I'm glad I went anyway. Don't be worried, my experience was 10/10.

So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. I bought a new computer the $799 gaming power spec. I had some issues with it, the windows didn't install right, then I had a startup repair I had to do... not what you're looking for 2 weeks into a new computer. That being said... I brought it back, I didn't have the box, they exchanged it quickly with no hassle, they even made sure I didn't have to wait in line again. When I brought back the computer for return, I accidentally included the DPI cable and HDMI cable from the monitor I had also purchased. I called their customer service line, their centralized support answered very fast, I told them what happened, and they placed me on a very brief hold to talk to one of the managers at the location I had been to. They did a great job. I got a call back same day 2 minutes before close at 5:58pm on a Sunday. (I had called customer service at 5:45pm that same day) If you want the best customer service around, and a wide selection, go to Micro Center. Thank you Jordan who helped me get a replacement, and cashier #5 on Sunday 7/26, and the manager who called me back so quickly letting me know they had my cables and I could pick them up. You guys do a really great job. Despite having issues with the new computer. I would gladly recommend this business knowing there's 10/10 customer service if you have any issues.

I needed a memory card door replaced, which needed some electrical wires to be removed in the process. It is an expensive Sony camera so my concern was valid. They replaced the camera part and the camera is working. Their knowledge working on electronics is vast and their work is precise. To fix it myself, I could have gotten replacement parts for about $25 off amazon and paid for a software program to clear the error message myself (another $15-20) but I am renovating my house with a new baby and lack the time. I called and got an estimate for $80 which I agreed to. They asked for the $80 payment upfront. I was hesitant about paying upfront, but my husband did. About a week later, they called and said it was ready but we had a balance of another $80. My husband sweetly picked it up without asking questions.. but I had questions! They said they cleaned the printer so that it worked better and the labor cost was $80 more. I would have declined if they called and asked if I wanted it done. In fact, I would have left the old printer there and bought a brand new printer for the same price I'm not sure if it works, I'm assuming it does. I received the printer back with no yellow ink when I had just put a new one in before dropping it off. I'll never go back. That was such a waste of money

One thing led to another, handle was fixed but then he had to take the unit apart multiple times because he did something else that caused another issue (he claimed he didn't do it, but it had no other issue when we called him). Long story short, after paying him $440, the microwave stopped functioning properly, shortly afterwards, I was hoping to get a few more years of usage out of this appliance. Very frustrating, I should have invested the repair funds into a new unit instead trying to use his services. He will charge you a minimum fee to come out again and I didn't want to waste another penny on his services. Learn from my mistake, just invest in a new appliance.

Inside the store everything is neat and clean. Honestly, it's one of the better run targets that I have been to. They do a great job of facing the shelves, and making everything neat and organized for the customers. One thing I do like about this store, is they have a very good grocery department. I don't usually make a habit of buying my groceries from Target, but on those off chances when I have a need for a gallon of milk or something to eat that I need quickly, they always seem to have everything that I want. Plus this particular Target has a CVS pharmacy which is great, I used to pick up my prescriptions here. And there's never a long wait at all. Added bonus, this particular Target has a Starbucks in it. So if you need a cup of coffee while you're shopping or on your way out, they've got you covered. Bottom line? This is a very good go-to Target in the area. They've got everything you need and actually have decent prices. Don't forget to get the app so that you can get an extra 5% off.
