BEWARE this guy is a scammer ... he is selling broken messed up televisions out of his garage. If they are in good condition why doesn't he sell them from his home? I bought an 82" Samsung from him. 1. The fact that he sold them from his garage I wasn't sure about but didn't question it since he had a receipt that said he had a business in Bell. 2. The box was missing the bottom part of it and he pulled out the box and plugged it in to show that it was not cracked but only pulled out the bottom. 3.He kept repeating "oh I don't take things back with cracks" "I don't cover cracks believe me it happens" after bringing the television back home I find it to have the top of it with a cracked screen. I was shocked as to how it happened as we carried it on the truck and unloaded into the apartment. 4. He claimed that this type of crack means that somebody punched the screen and cracked it and told me to F@&k off. I was shocked that he would take this way as I told him it's impossible that we caused this damage. 5. This is why he asks for only cash. This is why he won't take credit cards or debit cards as you can actually dispute it. He is crooked and a thief and you should run from him immediately. There is a reason why he is selling these from his houses garage! 6. I will be taking him to court but be aware he has you sign a receipt that says you checked everything on the television and you agreed it's fine. Beware he is a major scammer. read more

Guillermo was great to deal with. The tv I purchased was a Samsung Q70R 65" and i paid well under retail for it. The tv was sealed on the box with all of the stickers still attached. Guillermo was prompt with answers to my questions and never tried to upsell or dodge any of my questions. Very stand up and genuinely helpful. It's easy to see why they have been in business for so long. I almost purchased this tv from Best Buy for 1500$ and made out with a new in box for less than 1000$. Was itching for a 4K set late last year...spent a lot of time reading reviews, etc. Settled on 2 or 3 choices and was just waiting for Black Friday deals, when I found TV Warehouse on the Offer Up app. Ran up there on a Friday during my lunch break, spoke to Guillermo for a while (nice guy) and had my choice of a couple Samsung models from my list. I would have taken one on the spot, but my car was too small to fit even the smaller of the 2 sets. Decided to drop a $100 deposit, got a receipt & went back to work to find a friend with a truck. While at work, I changed my mind and decided I wanted the SUHD set--texted Guillermo, who replied quickly & said it was no problem at all to swap. Found a friend with a truck who could help--but we couldn't get our timelines lined up, so I decided that I would go down to Bell after work & pay the balance, with my friend picking up the TV an hour or 2 later and bringing it up to my place in Covina. Got there & explained the situation, again no problems--paid the balance (turns out the SUHD set I wanted was last year's model & $100 cheaper than my original choice, nice) & went home to wait for my new TV. My friend shows up with the TV that night, and I get to setting it up. Right away I notice a couple minor cosmetic things (scratches on the top bezel). I go to set up the stand, and find more minor cosmetic issues--but also, two of the support screw housings are broken. Thinking I might eventually wall mount it, which would hide the scratches and make the stand a non-issue--I go ahead and assemble the TV on the stand (using longer screws for the two with the "broken holes"). Get the set up and running...picture looks great, but I've also got what appears to be 1 stuck pixel. No big deal, these things can be fixed relatively simply sometimes--so I reached out to Guillermo via text the following day & told him of the issues, sent photos of everything. He got back to me shortly after & told me that if I wanted to bring back & exchange the set, it wouldn't be a problem, that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Not having easy access to a truck--this wasn't exactly going to be ideal, but not entirely out of the question, I guess. I asked if he had another of the same size/model, and Guillermo explained that they only had the SUHD set in 50" (I bought a 55"). I told him that I was set on the SUHD after having seen the picture, and that I really didn't want to downsize at that point. I mentioned that a wall mount (for the broken base stand) and an extended warranty (for the stuck pixel) would address my concerns--because at this point it was clear I had an open box or return unit--and at that point I never received another text from Guillermo. Bottom line, I got a fairly good (cash) deal on what turned out to be an open box/return unit from prior year's model. Will grab a wall mount from Amazon and keep my fingers crossed due to lack of warranty. Will edit to add uploaded pics of issues and screenshots of texts. read more

This place always has some of the best deals around. They have low prices with warrenties so its legit. First time I bought a tv from here was a vizio m series in 2015. The Tv is running strong still with no problems. Recently, i bought a Samsung 8 series for a great deal and now I'm going with my girlfriend to buy her a tv. Word of advice if They don't have what you're looking for be patient. They're always getting new stock here and there. I can't say enough good things about this place, especially the owner Guillermo. I bought an LG 4K TV from them, took it home and decided to exchange it for something else. Without any questions asked Guillermo (owner) exchanged it for me with a Vizio 4K TV. He made sure that it was tested and worked right out the box. Told me if I had any problems with anything just to text or give him a call and he would take care of everything. Sure enough he did. His service is beyond excellent and he cares about his customers. I found an Tablet that caught my interest and decided to go and purchase it to watch moves on. Got a great deal transaction went smoothly and the following day I found out I could not use this particular tablet for the purpose it was intended for. After finding this out I then went back and they allowed me to return and receive store credit even though their policy doesn't cover it. I found this business on Craigslist advertising Hisense H5 Series 40" LED Tv for a reasonable price. Contacted them through CL and received a call from the owner Guillermo within about a half an hour. He told me that he has a warehouse down in Bell but had the Tv I was interested in at his house in the SFV, which is only about 10 minutes from my house. I met his brother there who was very friendly and he showed me the Tv I was interested in. Before purchasing it, we opened the box and inspected the Tv and everything looked good. It even came with a 90 day warranty if there are any problems with the Tv. I got the Tv home and set it up but when I tried to turn it on, I got nothing but a blue screen. No picture, no sound and none of the buttons worked. Contacted Guillermo by text and told him about the problem and he got right back to me and he apologized and said he would exchange the Tv for a working model the next day (today 6/8/2015). I sent him a text in the morning telling him that the Tv was all boxed up and ready for return, please let me know when I can exchange the Tv. No response. I sent another text around 2pm asking him to confirm receipt of my earlier text and asking again when I can exchange the Tv and again, no response. Tried calling him at the number on my receipt and it went straight to Vm and his Vm Box was full so I couldn't leave a message. Edit 6/9/2015 The Owner finally got back to me at the end of the day yesterday and said he did not get reception on his phone and was not receiving my messages, etc. And he promised to exchange the TV the next day. Sent him a text in the morning and he replied immediately and said he would exchange the TV in the afternoon. I got a text from him around 2 pm letting me know he had my replacement and I could meet up with him to exchange the TV. Met him at his house, exchanged the TV and all is good. He was extremely apologetic and the TV is fantastic so I wanted to update my review and add some stars. There were a few problems but he made it right in the end so I'm a satisfied customer. read more

If i could give this guy 0 stars i would, horrible customer service. I found them on craigslist asked em about the tv, he said the shops in bellflower but he lives in reseda so he can bring me the tv so just text him from the inventory about what I want, so I text him the day before he says he ran out of those and I ask him if they're getting more, he said yes in a couple weeks, Im like thats fine i text him 2 weeks later no response finally after a month i text him again while all my other texts and calls were ignored, he didn't get that tv so I ask him to bring the other tv, I text him a day before for time and place and no reply again or calls, voicemail is full so i cant leave a message, finally he texts that he's out of that one even though he said he will bring it. I'm like fine no problem and i ask him for another one from the inventory and he just simply says no! If you don't wanna do business with people or you cant bring the tv then just tell em that you cant or you don't want to instead of wasting everyones time. read more
