    Was itching for a 4K set late last year...spent a lot of time reading reviews, etc. Settled on 2 or 3 choices and was just waiting for Black Friday deals, when I found TV Warehouse on the Offer Up app. Ran up there on a Friday during my lunch break, spoke to Guillermo for a while (nice guy) and had my choice of a couple Samsung models from my list. I would have taken one on the spot, but my car was too small to fit even the smaller of the 2 sets. Decided to drop a $100 deposit, got a receipt & went back to work to find a friend with a truck. While at work, I changed my mind and decided I wanted the SUHD set--texted Guillermo, who replied quickly & said it was no problem at all to swap. Found a friend with a truck who could help--but we couldn't get our timelines lined up, so I decided that I would go down to Bell after work & pay the balance, with my friend picking up the TV an hour or 2 later and bringing it up to my place in Covina. Got there & explained the situation, again no problems--paid the balance (turns out the SUHD set I wanted was last year's model & $100 cheaper than my original choice, nice) & went home to wait for my new TV. My friend shows up with the TV that night, and I get to setting it up. Right away I notice a couple minor cosmetic things (scratches on the top bezel). I go to set up the stand, and find more minor cosmetic issues--but also, two of the support screw housings are broken. Thinking I might eventually wall mount it, which would hide the scratches and make the stand a non-issue--I go ahead and assemble the TV on the stand (using longer screws for the two with the "broken holes"). Get the set up and running...picture looks great, but I've also got what appears to be 1 stuck pixel. No big deal, these things can be fixed relatively simply sometimes--so I reached out to Guillermo via text the following day & told him of the issues, sent photos of everything. He got back to me shortly after & told me that if I wanted to bring back & exchange the set, it wouldn't be a problem, that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Not having easy access to a truck--this wasn't exactly going to be ideal, but not entirely out of the question, I guess. I asked if he had another of the same size/model, and Guillermo explained that they only had the SUHD set in 50" (I bought a 55"). I told him that I was set on the SUHD after having seen the picture, and that I really didn't want to downsize at that point. I mentioned that a wall mount (for the broken base stand) and an extended warranty (for the stuck pixel) would address my concerns--because at this point it was clear I had an open box or return unit--and at that point I never received another text from Guillermo. Bottom line, I got a fairly good (cash) deal on what turned out to be an open box/return unit from prior year's model. Will grab a wall mount from Amazon and keep my fingers crossed due to lack of warranty. Will edit to add uploaded pics of issues and screenshots of texts.

    To be honest can't ask for more!!!! We have been looking for a good quality tv for our office at my home a while but it's so hard to find good deals in the market, came here to this awesome place and the staff explained us the variety of tvs they have to offer brand new TVs open box in a really affordable price... the costumer service was perfect and the price incomparable they also offer us extendable warranty for 3 years for my 2 TVs we purchased.... highly recommended...

I went in there and not only did they give me a cheaper price they said that they can have it done in two days. They did an excellent job! I have been back there several times since and every time I have been satisfied beyond my expectations. They do all of their own work right there in their store and don't need to send anything to outside contractors. they are courteous and very professional. Their prices are very reasonable and their quality is outstanding. I would never even consider going anywhere else! They also fix TV's, I Phone's and any electronic that you can imagine.

I was relieved to find this place since it had great reviews and advertised repair services. Because I live pretty far, it's about a 40m drive for me but I decided it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I could never get anyone to answer the phone despite calling multiple times on different days during their listed business hours. What's even more frustrating is how inconsistent their hours are across platforms. Yelp, Google, and Apple Maps all list different information. The only consistent detail was that they're closed on Mondays. I finally had a day off and decided to make the drive on Tuesday (4/21), only to find the business closed. I arrived when it should've been opened. I ended up wasting nearly two hours driving there and back. It's honestly a shame because I wanted to support this business, but not updating hours or answering calls makes it really difficult for customers to rely on them. If a business can't keep its basic information accurate or be reachable, it shouldn't expect customers to trust it with their time or money.
