On top of that, he also works on other projects like PCs, PlayStations, and more, which makes him a really versatile go-to person. Will be coming back again if I need anything fixed

Cliche but: not all heroes wear capes. Eduardo is the…read morefucking man. My story: Got hooked up with an 85 inch TV but ended up damaging it during the process of picking it up. Once we got the TV inside, I saw scan lines flickering all the way down the screen. My heart sank and felt like I wasted hours driving and breaking my back. The 2 other friends that helped me move it were also in a state of sadness while starring into this massive TV of scan lines. The two options were to try to get the TV repaired or toss it. We proceeded to call every TV repair shop (on a Saturday) that exists in the greater Los Angeles area. We kept receiving the same response, "TV is broken, can't be repaired" Then we call Eduardo from Orion TV. Without hesitation he said he'll be here in a few hours. Once he arrives, he takes a quick look at the TV, says he can fix it and gives me a quote within minutes. We load it up into his truck and hope for the best. The very next day, he's got it ready to go and drops it off. The strength of this man is incredible. At twice my age, he practically lugged the TV up my apartment by myself. Highly recommend for any TV repair needs.

Worst experience I've ever had with electronic repair services…read more Horrible communication, owners do not diagnos your parts when they say they will, and even claimed when I came to get my unrepaired item back, they didnt know where it was and I would have to come back weeks later just to get my item back. 2 weeks after I originally dropped off my item, and many unanswered phonecalls, they finally answered, and asked me if I had a DVI to HDMI cord so they could actually do a diagnosis that they never did. I understand that some businesses may or may not have parts they need, but I find strange that not only they asked me for the part, but the fact that a electronic repair biz like this doesnt have basic stuff like input cords for electronic displays for something simple like a diagnosis. Something else I found frustrating is that they are often closed during their listed operation hours, and after constantly going back and forth to their store, it took yet again, another series of eventually answered phonecalls, they finally answered to call in at a certain time to let the owner know to open the store! To be fair, its an independent business and I understand these owners have to run around a bit to do their job, but they definitely should consider either removing their biz hours or just straight up make their services on call, or anything to make their service a bit more reliable. 2 stars only because I eventually got my stuff back, and got a refund for my never recieved diagnosis. Took only a month and a series of eventually answered phone calls. Edit: 1 star because upon reading more reviews, its clear that this is common experience with customers of bad communication, lost or missing parts, and consistent unavailibility. Don't go here!

He accurately described each item and the person who brought them in, which confirmed they were mine.
