I know I could have asked how much it would cost, but $10 for two pages is a pretty steep price, and I would have gone somewhere else if I had known beforehand. I asked if he could lower the price since it was only two pages, but he said no and told me, "I make it easy for you." That was the part that really bothered me. If the price is $10 for two pages, just tell the customer before doing the service. I would have gladly taken my business somewhere else. Just be aware of the price before having anything printed here.

Waited a bit longer than usual, which he told me would happen though it is usually a 20-30 minute wait, because someone dropped their phone off before I did and he had others dropping it off right after. my iphone16 pro max screen seems like brand new, doesn't overheat anymore due to the soft OLED screen, and doesn't have anymore random flickering. Would definitely recommend Johnny to anyone, even to my worst enemy for a screen replacement. He even gave me a tempered glass screen protector on a great price for the initial replacement.

For years, WFIT hosted our website and our business emails. We didn't have that many problems, but when we did, they were right on it. We shut down our office and are mostly retired now, although we still maintain the company. Since moving everything to our home, we seem to have at least one technical glitch a month, if not more, that requires me to contact "the guys". They provide help immediately and always seem to fix whatever issue we reported to them. They access our devices remotely and that has never been an issue. The prices they charge us are by far the most reasonable we have ever paid to an IT firm in the 30+ years we have been in business. I highly recommend WFIT to anyone who wants reliable, professional and reasonable IT services.
