If the price is $10 for two pages, just tell the customer before doing the service. I would have gladly taken my business somewhere else. The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. This company is absolutely amazing. Their service goes beyond all expectations. And the price they charged was most reasonable. I highly recommend them. They are network specialists too.

I left my laptop there for THREE weeks with no communication on their end, no updates, & I got my laptop back MORE broken than before where I can't even turn it on. I left it with an issue where it wasn't properly charging with the laptop charger but I was able to charge it with the USB C port at least. After me having constantly having to check in & them giving me excuses about "We ordered a part, it'll be here next week", "That part didn't work actually, I'm still testing things", & then going on to Week 3 & finding the issue wasn't even found yet & so I said I'd like to just take it back then. Since it was all pulled apart he said I could get it the next day. I come the next day & now I'm told the USB C charging port, which was NOT broken before is now broken. So now I have no way to turn on the laptop. The main charging port at least sometimes I could wiggle it a bit & get a charge if it was set in a certain position. Now? Broken completely. No charge for both ports when only one was semi broken before. The most frustrating thing on top of him breaking both ports is he has the audacity to tell me "It was more complicated than I thought but I found the chip I can put in & it would take TWO more weeks for the part to get here" I told him I just wanted my laptop back & left. Please, avoid this business. I fell into the trap of reading some decent reviews but believe me when I say that I was patient & understanding with everything & I didn't mind all the run around & waiting until it was apparent that they didn't know how to fix it & ended up breaking it more.
