BEWARE! These guys claim to be Apple-certified but they are NOT! Quoted me $69 on the phone for a battery change, then of course raised it to $89 when I showed up. They said "much cheaper than having Apple Store do it..." even though that is the exact same price Apple charges. Then when they did change the battery, they screwed-up some software on my iPhone and refused to take responsibility, forcing me to wind up at the Apple Store paying to repair the damage. I learned my lesson -- please avoid this place and have trained Apple employees do the work, these guys are amateurs. read more

Overpriced doesn't honor work. I took my phone in to repair the screen and bought a protector. The protector i bought for 25 dollars didn't come with a screen protector and i found the exact same one on Amazon for $8 and included a screen protector. For 170 dollars the phone didn't work screen was bouncing around and didn't work properly. I tried to take it back he told me the issue wasn't due to his work but the phone never acted like that prior to taking it to his shop. He took advantage of an elderly woman whose life is in crisis right now. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I just got off the phone with Mike. I had a problem with my Dell desktop motor - which had to be replace. I wasn't sure if Mike was the place to take it, but no problem. Replaced the motor by the next day - then when I brought it home, I was panicked because I didn't think it was working - brought it in, Rohan showed me it was working fine - so I brought it home and changed the monitor cables and it worked! Just- as Mike called me on the phone to ask if it was okay. First time in the store two strangers told stories about Mike "saving their lives." Not from a tech problem - but a life problem! Since I wasn't there myself, I received information from my wife, and it was important to her that her phone could be fixed because she was afraid of losing all her data. Of course, before going to them, we stopped by the Apple Store, and guess what they said? It's impossible to fix it, but we can sell you a new one. I recently had a phone that was acting funny and I hesitated on getting it fixed. I had looked at various reviews on Yelp and in other places before I decided that I would try this place out...and I'm GLAD I did. It's a small neighborhood place and these have always been my first places to check out, but not the easiest to figure out based on appearances alone. The location is in a small, local shopping square at the corner of 16th and Santa Monica and it shares the same parking lot as a 7-11 and a local favorite, DK's Donuts...which is another neighborhood nugget btw. Michael was key and knew right away that my Android had a bug/virus. I was ready to buy an iPhone but he assured me that wasn't necessary and that my Android Galaxy A53 5G was fine as it isn't that old and I was approving way too many apps and app "permissions". iPhones have the same problems and since I live in both the PC and mac worlds, I am aware of that. I am not a Mac person for a variety of reasons, but the main one is that I don't want to have my entire world in just one OS. I'm not a newcomer to any of this btw. I use both OS's in both personal and business use. One of the reasons I am an Android phone user is that I like the fact that they allow new apps that are open to developers and users who are open to new apps that are still in development. (Open source). I know that is a risk I take, but I don't want to be stuck with apps that someone like Apple approves and restricts apps and new developments they don't "approve" of. For those who are old school, it's like when everyone else was using AOL when those of us used Earthlink. People who used AOL had no idea they were in a cocoon either. Not my thing. Don't want to hear about how I'm "behind because I won't have an iPhone". (Background stuff, I know my shit) Cellular Gallery fixed my phone and took out 74 viruses that were in my phone. I had the phone there from 10 am to 4 pm but it was well worth it as the phone has been fine ever since. I had been approving permissions from apps that were too new for primetime. My fault. I can't say enough about the excellent service here. I saw they do computer work here as well. I'll be going back. I hope too many more customers don't "ruin" this place but I'm leaving my review anyway because out of principle they are good at what they do. The price was fair and Micheal was amazing, fair and realistic with me. My phone was with them a few weeks ago and everything is just fine. What a relief. read more

I had a charging problem in my Sprint uninsured mobile device and was expecting a costly and long process of repair at the company's repair center. I decided it's time to go privately and after research found this wonderful repair shop. The front guy, Mike, was very nice and inviting and was quickly figuring my problem. In no time he offered me a much more affordable repair that costs about less than a third price compare to Sprint repair and lasts only about 2 hours (unlike 2-3 business days over there). Go to this place if you need your phone repaired! My cell phone suddenly died, I thought i had to get a whole new phone but it turns out to be just the screen. I went in, Michael took a look, confirmed it's a screen issue, told me the price, checked to make he had the parts, and told me to come back in two hours. No fuss, honest, and really nice person. He called my husband in 1.5 hours saying the phone will be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up and it was good as new. By fixing the screen, he saved me so much money instead of buying a new phone. I found this place on Yelp a little less than a year ago. I called them for a quote on fixing the backside of an iPhone X. They had the most reasonable price out of all the places I called. I went in there immediately. A very friendly/ funny guy named Mike helped me out. They didn't overcharge me and fixed that in less than 2 hours and for less than half the price I got offered at other repair stores. Then yesterday I dropped my phone and suddenly my screen went white and green, even tho it didn't crack. I just walked in right away as I had a good experience here already.
