Decided to move my account from AT&T to T-Mobile to get that promotion. I arrived Wednesday around 5pm. I first arrived just to see what promotions were available. I was greeted by a store associate (which would later learn she was only 4 months on the job and created a hassle with my situation). I began the process to transfer my line and get a new phone. ALEX took over my situation and he was completely the whole reason why I continued this with this transfer. He was there until CLOSING to make sure we had a good start to continue the following day. Arrived Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving and they were closed). The first woman who assisted me continued to where Alex left off. She asked for a receipt that she gave to me that had the numbers for the specific individual. I thought this was necessary to continue and I went to two of my homes to try to fine this paper - took 1 hour of my time. I was unable to locate it and headed back to the store to see if there is a way around it. This is when ALEX noticed me and picked up my "case", HE WAS ABLE TO FIND THAT INFORMATION IN SECONDS. And when you file your claim this lovely CPR business is a place you can go. The customer service was top notch! I made an appointment and they were ready for me. The whole repair took about 40 minutes. At the end of the service I was offered a screen protector that has a price tag of $40. It's a nice glass one and best part it comes with a REAL warranty. So if you crack it, just go back and get a replacement protector. But from the quality, it doesn't seem you will be making many visits to utilize the warranty. Pro tip: schedule this service around lunch time and go to the restaurant across the street for yummy eats while you wait.

He was very honest and explained to me that it was a known problem with the iPhone that I had. Besides fixing it, he also told me that I was paying way too much for the plan that i currently had. He lowered my plan significantly, helped me upgrade both my husband's phone as well as my own, and at no extra cost to us. I praise Q for his exceptional customer service. Ronnie Gomez helped me, and he was excellent--knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Having worked in this industry before, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the plans, deals, and options clearly, and he really tried to make it work. That said, I didn't end up walking out with the phone I wanted. The main issue isn't the staff it's the system. The employees don't seem to have much flexibility when it comes to pricing or decision-making, and there's no easy way to reach them directly since they don't have business cards or phone numbers. If Verizon empowered their people more, I think the whole experience would be stronger. Still, Ronnie did everything he could, and I appreciate his effort. Four phones for this visit.

Sorry I didn't snap a pic of his table, but it was nicely displayed. He didn't know me from Adam, but Ojen comes across as sincere and empathetic. Of course, everyone cracks the outer casing on their phones on occasion, and that includes me. I've had mine fixed a couple times before, and have been satisfied. The difference with Ojen is that he comes to you. In this case, we met at Tech Conference. But, typically, he'll come to you - wherever you are. His prices are competitive, and he does good work. My phone is back to looking 100% good. Glad I ran into him, and would definitely recommend Ojen. Oh, and his business card is really cool - it's a fun take on his business.
