If you work in the phone repair business, customers should be able to expect a proper diagnosis, clear communication, respect for their privacy, and basic courtesy. I am asking management to review the security camera footage from around 1:15 p.m. so they can see how this interaction was handled and evaluate the conduct of their employees for themselves. Also the reason I had stated that it was unverified was because you had asked me what it said on my battery health and I had replied by saying it says nothing just unverified.
