This is exactly the shop you want for repairs - a smart, honest, capable, and fair guy. I came with…read morea dead iPad and I set a price limit of what it was worth it to me to repair. I knew it was likely too low to even check it out since the entire unit is glued shut. I was expecting him just to shoo me out the door but he took it and checked out the situation as best he could for free. I do a lot of my own repairs and have dealt with many technicians. Greg was both knowledgeable and fair We discussed the various parts that could have failed and the costs to do the repairs. He didn't try to lure me into an expensive fix or promise things that were not possible I am actually looking forward to having a more repairable item that I can bring him. I know he'll do me right. And he has a great dog!

I dropped off my PS5 5 days ago and haven't even heard from them since. I finally called to ask for…read morean update, and they told me it was ready. "Oh, never mind, it's not ready. We don't know what's wrong with it." I asked if I could just pick it up, and they said, "No, it's disassembled, and we can't fix it. Call tomorrow" After that, they sent me the rude message attached and charged me $50 for diagnostics without explaining what was wrong or why the PS5 wasn't working. This is clearly unfair, and I believe it's the shop's responsibility to provide a proper explanation for the diagnostic fee. Telling about honesty literally everywhere, and charging money for nothing at the same time. Seriously? ‍

My iPhone screen cracked and it wouldn't charge. I drove 30 minutes to get to this location and…read morelong story short because it's been a few months. I'm trying to remember oh what happened but basically when I got there all of a sudden out of nowhere, the screen magically started working or as before, if you would touch it, nothing would happen. So the guy told me how to transfer all of my data onto my new phone and also without a cord, after about an hour and a half it all transferred and it saved my videos photos, everything. They didn't even charge me anything, but I did give him a $10 tip for helping me out. I would totally recommend this place. The service was stellar.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service staff, particularly Mel, who…read morewas rude, argumentative, and difficult to communicate with throughout my visit. Mel and another employee did not properly diagnose my phone, yet they attempted to claim there were damages that I did not believe were present. When I questioned this, Mel argued with me and repeatedly insisted that she had explained what happened, when that was not my experience of the interaction. I was also uncomfortable with Mel repeatedly asking me to provide private information publicly. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted to protect my personal data and did not consent to discussing or providing sensitive information where others could hear it. I should not have had to repeatedly explain that I wanted my privacy respected. The entire interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional. If you work in the phone repair business, customers should be able to expect a proper diagnosis, clear communication, respect for their privacy, and basic courtesy. I am asking management to review the security camera footage from around 1:15 p.m. so they can see how this interaction was handled and evaluate the conduct of their employees for themselves. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the customer-service and privacy concerns raised by this experience.
