This is probably the best Office Depots I have been to, and I have been to quite a few. I do a lot of print jobs for my work and Jessie at the print area is absolutely amazing. She's got me out of a few jams in regards to last minute large print jobs that I needed same day and she did it with a smile and friendly conversation. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. It's unfortunately hard to find these days! read more

I haven't been in an Office Depot in years! I needed to have a few things printed for an event and the printing service here has great customer service. I ordered online and picked up in store. There was an issue with my order (tech problem, not an error on their part) and they fixed it in 2 minutes. I'll be back for my future printing needs. read more

If you have a special printing project & confused about printing & paper options, this particular location has THE BEST customer service. Find out when "Jesse" is working because she is knowledgeable, helpful & straightforward with timing. I think she's a Manager. Although I live closer to a Kinkos & Staples print center, I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to get service by this Office Depot. The store was recently remodeled or new staging, & the aisles look well stocked/organized with standard office supplies. I'm also going to mention that a few years ago, I had a bizarre incident where an aggressive elderly man started verbally attacking me while in the checkout line. The staff quickly took action & escorted the person away. An employee offered to walk me to my car because the situation was so intense. The store manager David was well trained to de-escalate the issue. I hope the Office Depot corporate team knows how special this staff is! read more

Office Supplies and More! Friendly customer service well organized and thought out floor design makes me a fan of this shop. They sell things you really need like disinfectant sprays, bulk snacks, regular snacks, stuff for kids and regular office supplies. Discount? Yep, the even half a 10% discount with your Yelp check in! read more

Very rude agent and the store manager Glenn is refusing to get my purchase done. Pretty disappointed, pls avoid this location

Came here in search of an office chair as I've had some bad shoulder pain and even bought a Herman Miller but Aeron but still suffered. Found a great chair at a super competitive price and received GREAT service from GLENN who even took the chair to my car! You don't expect great service at an Office Depot but Glenn immediately greeted me and asked if i needed help. Truly exceptional service worth a promotion. read more

Had the worst experience. I had made a purchase with my debit card and cancelled my order on the same day. I was told by Yasmine that I would be getting my refund within two to three business days on my debit card. Three days later when I called to ask about my refund . I was told I would have to wait up to 3 weeks to get my refund by check it showed my payment as cash. I called customer service and they couldn't do anything to fix this issue. I will never do business again with them nor will I recommend them. read more

I have been to this store in the past and it's been fine, however a standout for me on my recent printing job was Joe. I ordered something to be laminated and when I went to pick it up, I looked at it and asked Joe a question. He informed me that if I was going to cut the page I had had laminated it would not hold. He then went ahead and re-laminated And cut my project in a way that worked for me. He did this all as a kind gesture and nothing more. This type of Customer Service is rare these days and I wanted to express how meaningful his kind actions were. Great job Joe! read more

Thank you Jess for helping me out with a last minute gift for the wifey. Called the store to ensure they had a lamp I wanted to buy my wife for Xmas. Jess checked the floor to ensure it was there and then left it at the checkout counter for me. Drove here from another store that said they had it, but unfortunately it was an error in their system. Jess, you saved Xmas! Thank you for your extraordinary service!!! read more

1. They're super friendly in the store 2. I'm able to send anything off my phone directly to their copiers It's so easy and hassle free . I used to do this at Fed Ex & was recently having so many issues getting it from my phone to the copier , " oops , your documents failed to send." Happy I found Office Depot. read more

Benjamin at the checkout register has a really friendly attitude. So did a manager but regretfully I did not catch her name. These two people made my day today. I went to return a laptop which I ordered on line for curbside pick up. The HP laptop refused to let me load a printer driver and kept telling me it was not an HP software (duh). After many hours I gave up. Bad laptop! I forgot my receipt but these two worked patiently to try to locate my order for the return. We tried my credit card, my tel number and my email address. None of them found the order (system issue not their fault). I left with my laptop but found the e-mail order confirmation which had the barcode, want back inside the store and did the return. I appreciate Benjamin and the lady manager being so friendly and patient, which made me feel appreciated and valued. read more

Jessie is the best! Someone else helped me - I wish I got her name but every single person here is SO helpful and so kind. I got printing done at cvs and staples and they both cut off half of what I needed printed, plus it took hours for them to get to it. Office Depot literally did it on the spot and it's perfect! Even on better, thicker, and nicer paper and absolutely no cut offs. Only coming here from now on. Plus is it's also a really easy location to get in and out of. Thanks Office Depot and Jessie for making a stressful moment super stress free. read more

I always go to this Office Depot but this was the last time I went in there. I don't like how they operate. Manager was helping me out with printing job. My actual job was a booklet for my office - he literal charge me $21 for booklet that was having blank pages. I told him he needs to redo it because I can't have empty pages he wanted to charge me again another $21. I don't recommend this place there are other Office Depot stores with better customer service read more

I came to this store looking to purchase a specific item. I had a picture and a sku number. The manager was on the sales floor talking on the phone. I waited until he was done and asked if he could show me where the item was, he never said hello or anything. He walked me to an end cap and pointed. That's it. The item was out of stock. I went back to him a second time and asked if someone could look for the item, perhaps it was in the stock room. He mumbled under his breath as I approached him. After asking my question he directed an associate to help me. The associate walked over to the end cap, scanned a label and said 'it's out of stock' then he simply walked away. I chose an alternate item myself because they offered ZERO suggestions. Then I went to the only open register. I was directed to a closed register where someone did eventually help me check out. No thank you or nothing. The first person who helped me was a manager but I did not get his name. The type of products Office Depot sells can be bought at staples or amazon, maybe even Walmart. I will never give Office Depot another dime of my money and it is completely because of this horrible service. read more

2 dollars just to tape close the top of a box, I know you are supposed to close it your self, but sometimes circumstances keep you from having tape around. I took three full shredded papers in plastic bags to to them in their recycling bins and they charged me for the weight as if I am asking for papers to be shredded. I don't understand what kind of service would it be? I should have put them in trash bins rather than driving there to utilize their recycling bins!!!! Horrible service! read more

As these stores seem to be slowly vanishing (one close to me recently shuttered its doors), I appreciate having this one a short drive away from home. I needed some new printer ink cartridges and found them easy to locate on a neatly organized aisle. The whole store seemed neat and tidy and everything properly organized. The cashier seemed a bit bored and spaced-out but other than that, this is definitely a great go-to place for any office supplies you immediately need. read more

I uploaded a file to be printed as bookmarks and found the website to be very difficult to use. I needed to call the technical support line twice and use the live chat feature. The people on the phone were as helpful as they could be but even they were unable to see the final product that was being ordered, so it was a gamble when I finally placed the order. I felt very nervous about this because it was a memorial project for my friend and I was ordering it for her to pick up at her Office Depot location, which is three hours from where I live. Allen called me from the printing department a few hours after I placed the order. The order was already printed but there were some issues that came up before they could be laminated because the website didn't allow me to specify the necessary cuts. Allen talked me through all of the options and was very knowledgable and compassionate about the situation. Jessie, the manager, was able to speed the process along and she took care of the issue completely. Even though they had to make almost 150 extra cuts by hand, they still had the order ready on time, which felt like a miracle! Allen and Jessie really went above and beyond to help me out which is amazing because this project was very important to me. My friend was able to pick up the memorial bookmarks in time for her Father's service and she said they were perfect. Thanks you two! read more

This place is super hidden I was in the parking lot confused as could be I had driven from UCI and my gps told me to turn and I went in where home consignment is but took the first right when you're suppose to take the second in the lot PSA just in case you feel lost. Just had the greatest pleasure of speaking with Stephanie! I was just so blown away by how nice and friendly she was! She was super helpful and even went above and beyond to help answer all my questions and made my shopping experience even easier. I had doubts about making a big canvas/poster print since I didn't know how photo resolutions would work - but she helped reassure that she'll help me along the way. If there's ever an epitome example of great customer service, Stephanie sure has it! The world would be a better place with more people like you! Thanks for your help, Stephanie! read more

Sorry this Yelp is delayed, but better late then never. 5 star service!! Thank you to Jess who works in the Printing department of Office Depot on Campus/Jamboree. She's an exceptional employee that stands out. She goes the extra mile!! Very seldom do you see that. One person was doing the bare minimum and didn't seem to be patient, but thankfully without a bear she came along and took over. She's very detailed oriented and catered to every need we had in our custom printing project. She even came up with better ideas then we had going in and saw to it that when we left we had it exactly the way we envisioned it. More employees are needed like this in all businesses. She's been there for years and has helped me in the past, I remember telling the manager deliberately before I left how wonderful she was. This employee makes this place stand out. Appreciate the help and patience. read more

Needed a white board for my office and a young man asked me the minute I walked in, if he could help me - he was very nice. I then looked for paper 8 x 14 and thought $17 was too much so I went to check out. The whole time I am pinching out the nose section of my mask, no biggie just a little air - face still covered, elastic behind both ears. The girl BEHIND PLEXI GLASS ALSO WEARING A MASK WONT SERVE ME unless I "unpinch my nose" - I say no, I can't breath otherwise, I'm buying this. She proceeds to ENSURE I am TREATED LIKE A LEPER, while she pumps several times DURING THIS CASHLESS TRANSACTION. Then before I can get my card in my purse - Grabs and SPRAYS all over the key pad, so quick to MAKE SURE I SEE HER that she grabbed a piece of a tissue to do it. LOL Went straight to STAPLES in the next block -- the paper I needed was $7 - $10 cheaper and I told the STAPLES girl and she said "Imagine, some people go all day without human contact and that's how you are greeted" She was right curly girl was my first contact that day and LAST VISIT to the already barren store. read more

The Office Depot close to me shut down. I had to drop off paper to shred. It was $.99 per lb. I think that is a very good price. The staff at the desk was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will be going back to the location again for more office supply needs. Plenty of parking too. read more

Joseph the manager took care of me as I was looking for a large format printer for my office. I'm so used to going to retail outlets for electronics and it seems I'm always confronted by people that don't know what they're doing or anything about the products. It can be very frustrating. Not the case with Joseph. Who is so knowledgeable about seemingly every machine they offered. I was able to get through the details and come to intelligent conclusion based on his information. Office Depot is lucky to have Joseph. Thank you again for all your help! read more

The printing work was done very well, quickly, and at a good price. It involved uploading four pdfs onto their website. The site I found difficult to navigate, nothing like Amazon's straightforward user interface. After I finally got two files uploaded, the site hung and I had to close the tab. When I re-logged in I still couldn't upload the other files. I finally had to go in using a different browser to complete the uploads. A very frustrating and time-consuming process that should have taken minutes took over an hour. read more
