You have no idea the elation of knowing there's someone out there that can come and set up or fix any tech. I've been the reluctant IT person at home with moderate success until I reached my capacity with my new mesh system that simply wasn't meshing. I got it all set up & working for a couple weeks, tossed the box, and within the return period (no box anymore so can't return) the 2 satellites stopped satelliting. Problems started after I struggled getting my printer to re-connect, then did the whole unplug/turn off/reboot/ update firmware thing, and the Orbi dropped it's out satellites and 2 of my Sonos speakers. Somehow the rest of the devices stayed connected so it was tolerable until Paul came out next day. At least I have no shame since it took nearly 2 hours to fix, but fix it he did. FWIW, Orbi is not the mesh system to get. It's glitchy & problematic. EERO is the recommended way to go. Orbi gets one more chance, then off it goes to the wifi router farm in the country with all the other wifi routers where it can romp & play in the land of oddball wifi routers. My computer had this problem where it would consistently shut off not allow me to use it. Overall a great experience! I needed Windows reinstalled on my desktop PC so I could sell it (I tried to do it myself through Windows and it crashed). So I went on Yelp and requested quotes from local shops. I received about 4 quotes total and Tech Trekkers was the lowest. I didn't choose Tech Trekkers only because they were the lowest but also due to them being very upfront and answering all questions extremely fast via Yelp chat. Most others said a certain amount was their bottom line ($25-$50 higher than Teck Trekkers) and appeared to be automated/canned responses. Tech Trekkers was responsive, friendly and had the best price. They have a mobile unit but I opted to drop off at their office (which is very nice - the front desk personnel where very nice too).
