I called on a Fri night about 9:00 pm and David was at my home trouble shooting my laptop Sat. AM. Although by HD data was not retrievable, David had a replacement laptop with him that I bought and offered a one year warranty. He installed my printer and helped me download some online apps so I was back online within a couple hours. He took my HD with him to keep trying to retrieve the data, but it was not possible. He also installed a new HD on my own laptop and returned with it the next day, answered all my questions and charges were very reasonable. read more
