After the problem came back, I contacted the company many times requesting warranty service. As shown in my text messages, I asked them to repair the TV or honor their warranty. They repeatedly promised to come, but never showed up. It has now been well over a year, and my TV is still not repaired. I still have the repair invoice and the text message history documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. Before leaving this review, I gave the company many opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, they failed to provide the warranty service they promised or offer any meaningful solution. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the repair and the lack of customer service after payment. Received word that my Hard-drive is fixed on June 5th 2026, ready for pick up. "41 Days wait time total" Total cost $1200. Negotiated to market value $975 (New Heads Required for Swap) Negotiated discount for missed delivery project. Passed 30 days. Total $825 *Supposed miscommunication on deadline proposed. Plain and simple 1) If you are on a deadline and you have an urgent need, I do not recommend A1 Computers. 2) If you have no deadline or preference of completion. I would consider A1 Computers. If you choose A1 computers for repairs. Note: I recommend having a contract generated. Where it states estimated completion time and price with clause. Good to have a binding agreement, not working with verbal or text messages as a form of agreement. Communication could have been better between Daryl and I. Receiving some type of weekly status feedback would of been nice, assuring my Hard-drive is being worked on. I initiated most of the conversation requesting status. I feel, as a customer the business should always give some type of status. Long Story Short : My Hard-drive was repaired and all data has been recovered. I am very pleased and grateful. These are my priceless memories we are talking about. Can't put a price tag on memories. Its fixed which is all that mattered. Keep in mind, Daryl does not perform the repairs himself. He receives and assigns the repairs to his team or business partners. Situation was fair and neutral. It will get done but probably won't recieve your fixed item on the timeline you are expecting. I eventually took my phone to the Apple Store, where the technician immediately pointed out that the screen had been improperly installed, including visible gaps around the display, and explained that the repair should not have passed quality standards.
