My USMC veteran husband had problems returning an item that he purchased there because someone on their end didn't do their job. They offer a discount for Veterans but refused to honor it on items purchased new today. Said they would only honor the refund or the Veterans discount. Not both. Doesn't seem right to me. read more

Upon opening the case portion of the package, I was once amazed at how well protected my phone will be with such a lightweight case given overall. So ordered a Bluetooth speaker for when I'm golfing and this one with magnets in it is perfect for the cart. Place on a metal surface and it's on solid. My issue is the sound quality, at best it's ok, not very loud, not a lot of bass or treble, just ok. Now I wish I had purchased a JBL, Sonos or a Bose speaker and just place in the golf cart and get way better sound quality. I don't recommend this product unless you are in a close space where ok sound is good enough. On the course (or elsewhere) I want to hear clear loud music, stay with the big boy brands and enjoy yourself. read more

I ordered a MagSafe sport ring with stand, but unfortunately, found out that the strength of the magnet was very weak and would barely hold onto my phone. This is my seventh item ordering from Rokform and I love all their products so I was a little surprised it didn't work great. I reached out to customer service to see what the issue could be and to my surprise they decided to send me a new updated iPhone case with both sport ring styles! (MagSafe Ring and the interlocking ring as well). On top of that they gave me a 10% discount code for my next purchase. NOT FOR MOTORCYCLES. I love the product and wish so badly RokForm would prioritize the vibration dampener production. They should never have sold the motorcycle mounts without the dampener. I ruined 3 phones before a friend told me how I was ruining the phone. Rokform customer service is so poor. They email me telling me to call them instead of just calling me. They told me they could send me dampeners for both bikes then turns out they can't. I'm just left hanging. Switching to QuadLock is becoming my only choice now. SO FRUSTRATING that RokForm cannot just get their act together on this. It's not like they haven't known for a very long time this is a problem Outside of motorcycles, it's probably great. read more

And have always thought that the reviews were great. Now to find out they are fake. Any how the ball mount has the ability to split and slide.
