Went in to get my daughter on an international plan for the summer. Seemed easy Bryan did his best to upsell but we were only there for one thing. That one thing was implemented to the wrong phone, I called and he profusely apologized and fixed it. Then I got a notification that my mobile protect was removed from one phone and then added to all lines increasing my bill by 70 dollars a month. This was not what I ordered so I called back and Bryan advised me he was with another client and the system must have "glitched" and I'd have to call customer service" as he could not fix it on his end! I Just spent 45 minutes on the phone fixing this inept lazy resource's mistakes! Verizon you can do better! read more

Verizon has no customer service. I am a long time customer I was offered a new iphone 17. I made the jump the lady sales person never even showed me hoe to turn the phone on and off. She stated all my apps would transfer over NO half did not work and she could not tell me why. This location needs to CLOSE. After 31 years of being a Verizon member, the Customer Care by phone offered me 2 Iphone 17 for free reassuring me that I will only pay the taxes and no fees as a reward of being 31 years with them. I went and picked the phone out. The store in laguna Nigiel on Goldrn Lanyern charge me $30 to transfer my data and i bought a protective case. 3 weeks later i receive a bill triple of what my bill is. I called and stayed with them for 3 to 4 hours only to find that they sold me 2 lines and activated them and were charging me for them without my knowledge. They could not resolve the problem, I requested a call from the Fraud department. The next day I got a phone call and they agreed to give me credit for the new charges on my bill and on my$ 30 data transfer on condition that I return the 2 phones. After that i rushed to the store headquarters in laguna Niguel and told that i needed to return my phone, they said that i had to pay 52 dollars . I spent there 3 hours and they connected me to Verizon Cilustomer care who told me that they can email me the shipping label for me and my daughter's and i wouldn't have to pay the 50 dollars. Of course i went to the V store they sold me the cover and told them that i no longer needed and explained what happened. They said , the warranty to return was yesterday and refused to return it. Bottom line Im looking into transferring to another service that would not scam me like that read more

The service at this store after you sign on the dotted line is horrible. First off if I knew this was not a corporate store and the hassle it would be since it was not a corporate store I would have left. Make sure to check your account right away after leavening, they added features to my bill that I had to spend time on the phone with customer service fixing. They made promises that customer service on line could not approve since they are not a corporate store. Credits promised never applied to my account. I spend so much time either on the phone or going to the store that it was not worth my time I just ate the cost. The manager reached out to see how my experience was and after I explained the issues he said he would look into them and get back to me that was 20 days ago. If you have the extra time drive to the corporate store the time you save on the drive is not worth it. If I knew then what i know now I would have gone elsewhere. read more
