Ever since I received my order two weeks ago, I've been trying to reach someone at Rokform to inform them that they sent me the incorrect item. I ordered a case and screen protector for my iPhone 12 and they sent me the correct case, but the screen protector is for an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is much larger than the basic iphone 12. I've left several voice messages and emails but to no avail. This company seems to care less about it customers once a sale is processed. I work for a fortune 500 and handle their broadcast communications (social media & broadcasting), and I feel inclined to share this appalling experience with RokForm. Update: After several weeks, RokForm finally responded back and offered to send me the correct screen protector.for my phone. I'm glad they finally got back to me. I don't know if it had anything to do with this review (though they did call me just 30-minutes after it was posted!) but the fact is I really do like their products. My husband is a Plumber, likes the idea he can put his phone on certain things with the magnet, loves the swivel mount for his phone in the truck, likes his cases though he did drop his phone with the crystal case and his phone cracked . He still wants to keep using the Rockform cases though and bought the Rugged case which he likes now. The issue we have with Rockform is the return policy/Customer Service. We've spent a lot of money between 3 cases, 2 swivel mounts , belt clip and other things. Never returned anything. The second case I bought him caused his power button to not work correctly it kept taking pictures or would pull up his Apple Pay instead of shutting off . Tried returning by emailing customer service , as you need a "return authorization" first, from there you could be charged a restocking fee . Customer service asks me to call them. Tried calling twice and both times got a voice mail. Several days later and 7 emails still no "authorization " or instructions how to return . The case is new, was a Christmas present , emailed customer service 2 days after Christmas , never used and still have the box . Still no authorization or instructions on returning . It was not a cheap case! This makes us rethinking ever buying from Rockform again , my fault for assuming a product that doesn't work correctly could be returned .
