I understand that electronics can be difficult to diagnose, but I don't think it's fair to charge customers upfront when there's no clear diagnosis or confidence that the repair can be completed. About a week later, they called and said it was ready but we had a balance of another $80. My husband sweetly picked it up without asking questions.. but I had questions! They said they cleaned the printer so that it worked better and the labor cost was $80 more. I would have declined if they called and asked if I wanted it done. In fact, I would have left the old printer there and bought a brand new printer for the same price I'm not sure if it works, I'm assuming it does. I received the printer back with no yellow ink when I had just put a new one in before dropping it off. I'll never go back. That was such a waste of money
