Didn't end up making a purchase (yet), but so far, excellent customer service and knowledge! This is how you run a business that will last.

So, since i needed a new phone I still needed to have my info sent to the new phone from the old phone. Since I couldn't actually use the screen I couldn't approve the transfer. I e been to Smart Cell before and they were super fast and efficient. This time was no different. The cost was $150, and I'm not sure if it's a fair price compared to other cell repair places, but i prefer small businesses over someone like Best Buy Geek Squad. It didn't take long for the transfer, and he was able to get everything. Everything! Very happy about that. So money well spent in my opinion. Smart Cell Repair is the first place I think of for taking my electronics in. 5/5 stars

I was charged $50 upfront to "calibrate" the camera and was told there was only a 50/50 chance it would work. Unfortunately, when I came back, I was told the calibration didn't fix the problem and that it was actually the motherboard. Then said I would have to leave the phone for another 7 days, but even then he couldn't guarantee it would be repaired. I understand that electronics can be difficult to diagnose, but I don't think it's fair to charge customers upfront when there's no clear diagnosis or confidence that the repair can be completed. I ended up paying $50 without my daughter's phone being fixed and without a definite solution. I wish the expectations had been clearer from the beginning so I could have decided whether it was worth moving forward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

He showed up right on time (which I really appreciated), took the time to explain what was going on, and handled everything with care and expertise. It's not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and my TV is working perfectly again. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and just an all-around great person to work with, I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

I do not recommend this TV repair service…read more I paid $185 to repair the Wi-Fi issue on my LG TV. Unfortunately, the repair only lasted about one week before the exact same problem returned. After the problem came back, I contacted the company many times requesting warranty service. As shown in my text messages, I asked them to repair the TV or honor their warranty. They repeatedly promised to come, but never showed up. It has now been well over a year, and my TV is still not repaired. I still have the repair invoice and the text message history documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. Before leaving this review, I gave the company many opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, they failed to provide the warranty service they promised or offer any meaningful solution. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the repair and the lack of customer service after payment. I hope my experience helps other customers make an informed decision before choosing this business.

Years ago, I had visited them for an iPhone 8 battery replacement and was impressed by their promptness; I can't believe they had slipped my mind since. My four-year-old son recently damaged the screen of his iPad Mini for the second time. My previous experience with a different repair shop was lackluster, primarily because their three-month warranty expired just before the screen died again. In contrast, Gadget Parts distinguishes itself by offering a robust one-year warranty, usually unheard of. Upon dropping off the device, it was quickly repaired and ready for collection the next day. I particularly appreciated their hassle free approach to the warranty: it is registered directly to the device, no need for the original physical receipts. I'm so glad to have rediscovered Gadget Parts and would highly recommend them for any Apple device repairs. Hopefully, I won't have to come back any time soon!

To fix it myself, I could have gotten replacement parts for about $25 off amazon and paid for a software program to clear the error message myself (another $15-20) but I am renovating my house with a new baby and lack the time. I called and got an estimate for $80 which I agreed to. They asked for the $80 payment upfront. I was hesitant about paying upfront, but my husband did. About a week later, they called and said it was ready but we had a balance of another $80. My husband sweetly picked it up without asking questions.. but I had questions! They said they cleaned the printer so that it worked better and the labor cost was $80 more. I would have declined if they called and asked if I wanted it done. In fact, I would have left the old printer there and bought a brand new printer for the same price I'm not sure if it works, I'm assuming it does. I received the printer back with no yellow ink when I had just put a new one in before dropping it off. I'll never go back. That was such a waste of money
