Then you have the expanded Trader Joe's and a Sprouts sharing a common parking lot, so all your food needs are met. Ulta has returned, but to the same place Party City was. Overall, the mall is coming back to life, even though the indoor mall is gone. A couple of things to know. You can't drive the length of the place in the back anymore, as the property, once owned by JCPenney, is completely fenced in, blocking your path and at least the old entrance to the back parking lot. The other is that even though there's a sign that says "Panda Mart", there is zero activity when you look inside the store. Sears still owns that property and building, so that's on them. In fact, if you walk down the path between Home Goods and 24 Hour Fitness, you'll see all that is left of the old mall. That's because Sears owns that section and didn't opt to tear it down. Between Home Goods, Walmart, and some food eateries, I find myself coming here more often than I realized. Maybe not as much when there was a full indoor mall, but not by much. BTW: If you go to their website (as of this review), it looks like they didn't renew their hosting agreement, so it's gone. That's a bummer because the map always showed what was coming soon.

Subject: Ongoing Quality Issue with La Chapalita Tortillas…read moreHello, I am a loyal customer and business owner of Birriería Castellanos Taquizas Events, and I have been purchasing products from your store for over 4 years. I regularly buy La Chapalita tortillas from your location at 1265 N Kraemer Blvd, Anaheim. I'm reaching out because over the past 4 weeks, I've noticed a consistent decline in the quality of these tortillas. They are coming out hard and stiff, not soft and flexible like they used to be. When heated, they no longer have the same texture, which directly affects the quality of the tacos we serve to our customers. This is a serious concern for my business, as my customers have already started noticing the difference. I've continued buying from your store hoping the issue would improve, but unfortunately, it has remained the same. I would like to know: If you are aware of this issue If there has been any change in product handling, storage, or supplier batches And most importantly, if this problem will be resolved soon I value your store and prefer to continue buying from you, but I need consistency and quality to maintain my business standards. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Javier Birriería Castellanos Taquizas Events

I tried to use it at their sister company but they said credit is non transferable. My suggestion is shop there but their office systems are terrible, so be careful. I will give them four stars because their office cannot be trusted. But, the store service is always great, selection is great, prices are good. Yes, I will continue to shop there. Just be more careful.

This location is going through some construction and I would avoid it at all costs until construction is completed. I learned my lesson the hard way... I am not usually in the Tustin area anymore, but I was passing through and had a few errands to run in the area and was going to stop by Costco first and then other stores in the immediate area. I wasted so much time trying to find a parking spot to visit Costco and then circling around to find the line for the gas station - and when I found it, it was an extremely long line... I gave up on getting gas, but had a hard time trying to leave the Costco plaza afterwards since some parts of the parking lot were blocked off.

I often find items here that aren't available at the Garden Grove or Fountain Valley locations. I've been here twice, and one thing to note is that this Costco either does not carry the $5 rotisserie chicken or it was sold out during my visits , which is usually my favorite Costco item for its quality and price. Customer service is friendly and helpful. However, the gas station is inefficient and often very crowded. This location is also usually busy, and parking can be challenging .

I have a love/hate relationship with this Costco location…read more Let's start with the love. I love that this Costco offers more Asian products - from the snacks to the beauty products, this Garden Grove location seems to carry the most variety compared to other Orange County locations. The gas prices are lower compared to most other locations. What I hate about this location is how busy it is. So many people seem to come to this one. Even after moving the Costco gas station to a completely separate area to make more room for parking, it is still a mess in the parking lot. This location just gets a ton of customers and it's not Costco's fault. The customers can be rude and pushy (literally). I don't recall having any negative interactions with the people who work here, so they are good in my book. The reason why I still give this location a four star instead of three is because the opening time at 9am for Executive members allows me to beat the busy crowds at this location. Yes, they still have a sizable amount of people who shop here at 9am, but it is far more manageable compared to the regular business hours when everyone is here.
