During Christmas, staff were passing out beanies and some Christmas goodies but again mainly for the children. There were candies cane, Santa, and some small drinks. For Lunar New Year - the children receive red horses in 2026 Year of the Red Horse that won't come again for another 60 years! Adults and Children got red envelopes $2!!:)) Happy Lemon was passing out drink but OMG the line was long so we skipped. The line is LONG but first come first serve basic. Free stuff run out fast so come 30 minutes early. There are foods, coffee, ice cream in the plaza but again it is CROWDED during event times! Parking - if you arrive early, there's parking in the Regal parking lot. If you arrive late, it best to Park across the street where 24 Hours Fitness is located.

I'm surprised the location was even open to customers under those conditions. What made the experience worse was that management seemed unconcerned about the problem. There was no apparent urgency to address the odor or acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was for customers. A Nike store should not be operating with an odor so severe that customers feel sick being inside. Management should have taken the situation seriously and addressed it immediately. When I purchased my child's wetsuit a year ago, an female employee told me I could bring it back with the receipt when buying a new one and receive a $20 store credit, with no time limit. When I purchased another wetsuit in 2026, a second employee confirmed the same thing. Today, I brought the old wetsuit and receipt to the store, but the male employee wearing a hat and mustache was impatient and dismissive. He repeatedly talked about the 30-day return and exchange policy, even though I clearly explained that I was asking about a trade-in, not a return. What made this experience even worse was the male employee's attitude. His impatient facial expressions and dismissive tone made me feel as though he believed I was trying to scam the store, even though I had the original receipt and was simply asking the store to honor what its own employees had told me. Customer service requires basic patience, courtesy, and respect. Employees should listen to customers before repeatedly giving irrelevant information and making them feel unwelcome. I will not return to this location. There are many other wetsuit brands and retailers offering products at similar prices. There is no reason for me to continue spending money at a store where employees make promises they will not honor and customers are treated with such disrespect.
