Pros: lots of workers hired to stock, manage cashier check out with very knowledgeable people who know the ppl pies and are authorize to solve problems, most number of floor staff to help carry and move appliances and even bring to the van. The level of customer service and money spent to train such a knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented sales force is very very difficult to do in a retail space yet Remart management and staff delivery exceptional shopping experience. My government group has studied which places are known for excellent raving service and the popular ones are In Out, Lexus, Ritz Carlton, Costco. Many are high end business but like Chick Filet's high standard of business, ReMart is so up to the highest standards our society has to offer. Bravo for letting me spent my money at your store and Making it fabulous . 5 stars !

They had tons of things you need for a party and a good variety too. They also had a small section for food which I know people will hesitate getting because of the quality. It looked decent to me but I can't really rate it since I didn't need anything from that section. I love coming here for the food area because it's so cheap and the quality isn't bad, they have a lot of seasonings and canned goods if that's what you are looking for. Also I love the section where you can get food storage or containers where you need to bake something. They have a good amount of kitchen tools but I would try to get simple things there cuz the quality can be a little too cheap on certain tools.

However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! Original review: Great place to get your appliances! We have purchased a stove and dryer from this store.
