However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future!
