    Looks like it's out of business.. closed at 11.30am on a Saturday. Nobody around and doors locked

If you place an order expect to pick up towards the end of the night or the next day , I had a recent pick up did not get email for a couple hours called store and very rude employee said they don't even have the product in store and they would need to cancel the order I got a confirmation for it about 3 hours later , the employees here are very lazy! WSS confirmed my order, took the money out of my bank account and sent the order to this store for pick up since it was said this store had the shipment available for pick up. I got 3 confirmation emails and emails saying my order was ready for pick up. When I get to the store, the employee said she was having a hard time fining my order and asked for assistance from other staff. I showed proof of confirmation and all the emails they had sent & even saw my item behind the counter. It was frustrating but I understood with it being the holidays. Everything got worse once they called the manager, Irene. Irene did not come to speak to me first and instead spoke about me to the coworkers and asked "is she even in the right store? Did she even pay for the item?". She then came to me with an attitude saying she had no idea where my order was and had no explanation for why it's not there. When I pointed to the merchandise behind the counter she said those weren't for me. I told her how unfair it was that other people had their merchandise ready for pick up and mine was nowhere to be found even though it was paid for, confirmed, and "ready for pick up". All she kept saying was that she had no idea what to tell me and kept insisting to buy a different item or get a refund. I told her I didn't want any of those options & wanted the item I had already purchased. She was NO help and made the situation worse. I left the store with no item, a lousy discount for wasting my time, and no Christmas gift for my dad. Thanks a lot WSS

I hope the store takes steps to improve their customer service standards soon. Subject: Formal Complaint: Poor Customer Service at the city of Lynwood Ca. Dear Regional Director, I am writing to bring to your attention a very unpleasant experience I had at the Superior Markets located in Lynwood Ca. yesterday, 03/22/2026 in the afternoon hours. As a frequent customer, I appreciate the weekly coupons provided through your app. However, during this visit, I encountered a significant issue while trying to use them. When I asked a staff member for assistance with the app, my simple request was met with extreme rudeness and a complete unwillingness to help. The staff member's dismissive attitude was disappointing and made what should have been a routine shopping trip incredibly frustrating. I value the savings Superior Markets offers, but the lack of basic customer support regarding your own digital tools is discouraging. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure that staff are properly trained not only on how to use the store's technology but also on how to treat customers with respect. And to make matters worse, Although I addressed these concerns with the on-duty manager, the issue was merely heard without any further action taken to rectify the situation or alleviate the inconvenience.     I can't shop comfortably here, I am upset at how their security guard followed me and my family…read morearound as if we were gonna steal or do something wrong. It happened more than one occasion. The first occasion just seemed like racial profiling because my boyfriend and mother in law are black. And they followed us all over the store assuming we were stealing because I go in with a stroller and not a shopping cart. How are we supposed to push strollers and a shopping cart at the same time. Theft was not our intention and I used to be a security guard. I would never make a customer feel uncomfortable like how me and my family were made to feel!!! So this superior just lost my respect and my business shopping there. The security even stood right outside the bathroom when I went in to change my babies diaper. There was really no need for them to hover when I did nothing wrong. 0 stars and no satisfaction.
