My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.

It was marked down because of a few cosmetic flaws, but honestly nothing major. I just covered it with a magnetic pad and it looks totally fine. The price felt fair, the staff was easy to work with, and they even delivered it for free the next day since they are close by. Overall it was a super smooth experience. His helpful attitude and clear communication about each issue was top notch. Our dogs even loved him and got used to having him around haha. Service was definitely 5 stars. The only negative was that there was a long delay at times in getting replacement parts - not sure if this was fault of the vendor/administration or if it's just something everyone has to deal with, but that was the only issue we really had - waiting on parts. Adam was our service tech, and he was clean (putting on shoe coverings since our house is no shoes inside), explained what the issue was, and was direct with the total cost. The part was ordered for what was shown to me online, and later we scheduled a followup appointment to have the part installed. I had to prepay for the part, but labor will be charged after job was complete. It was about 1 week later for the next appointment. I can confirm that their prices are legitimately at least 60% off Best Buy, Lowe's, Home depot for the exact same models. They had about 100 in stock, mostly stainless steel. Some had minor dents on the front, some had no dents but a scuffed microwave handle, etc. You can pick your poison, but their most dented units are still nice - B+ at worst. There were around 10 units under $150, and we walked out with a nice wall mounted stainless steel microwave for under $110.
