    Check this location out. At least to me, it feels like one of the smaller locations in the area. I prefer that. There are a lot of roadshow vendors here today. Especially appreciate the space they made for local newbie brand, Ginsa. See my pics to learn more. If you want to incorporate ginseng into your routine, this is an easy way to do it.

    This Costco has a basic food court with no tables around except for the outside area. You have to place the order inside, the. Walk outside to eat. I ordered the Calzone which is really good, but their salad selection has egg, cheese, bacon, and chicken; I definitely recommend it. It's a different salad from other locations. I don't like their line situation to get the food either, pretty every other Costco has a better line setup to get food, you won't be able to top off your drink or get a re-fill either unless you "re-enter" Costco and walk all around. But their food is delicious and worth the hassle.

    Eyeglass Eyeglasses repair by Costco which failed

    Eyeglass are junk and customer satisfaction is a joke here. Hinge screws loosen immediately. Lady who worked at counter said her pair did the same thing so she is saving for a new pair. Recommended I bring them in to retighten as required. Many times a day? Then carry a screwdriver and other glasses to retighten myself. Came back to department manager he said that I was using the glasses wrong but did a temporary repair so I wouldn't lose the screws if they fell out. Put a thru screw with jam nuts. Issue continues. Custom satisfaction guarantee does not cover eyeglasses. Employees can't repair eyeglasses. They sell no curve junk. West Coast optometry can't believe the lack of quality and service. Will never buy eyeglasses at Costco again. Absolute junk.

    Damaged Rim, at Costco, 7/30/25

    I'm here to tell you about not only once, but twice, I have received excellent customer service from the tire and battery center at Costco Tustin. Recent battery purchase, everything went excellent. The one thing I want to tell you about, in this particular instance when I came in and bought the batteries, I bought two, Luis pulled the batteries, got the order written up, and the printer went out, so Luis had to take me inside the store. We had to run everything through the cash register inside, just another example of how well Luis handled the situation, not having a working printer and still took care of me. I returned later in the day with the battery cores, and Eddie gave me the refund , once again with courtesy and excellent service. (2) The second example of the finest customer service that I received from anyone in the last 25 years was displayed by "Scotty". On or about 7/28/25. I had to bring in my car because I had a hole in the right rear tire, Luis looked at it, said we had to replace it. It's under warranty, $30. See you in an hour. I came back in an hour, I had a brand new tire. Only there was one small glitch, The rim now had a good portion of the plated chrome missing from the rim which appeared to be new rim damage . A long story short, Luis had me fill out a an incident report, said someone will get back to you, I thought to myself, I'm not gonna hold my breath on this one. Well, guess what?, Scotty, from Costco, Tustin contacted me on 7/30/25 said , that he had reviewed the actual video from the tire center, and that Costco would replace the rim. He then instructed me to get a new one, and Costco will reimburse me, and then Costco will install it. The new rim arrived on 8/10/25. I made an appointment with the tire center for 8/12/25 @ 10 AM. To install the new rim. It wasn't 10 minutes after I put the car in to get worked on and there was Scotty, with the necessary paperwork, and a reimbursement check for the new rim. He was there and gone in three minutes. The main compliment I want to submit to Costco corporate is that he was professional, very considerate throughout the entire process and it restored my faith that there are still people in 2025 that still know how to do business in a professional, respectful, courteous manner. Please forward this response to corporate, I know they have great employees, and they work very hard and hiring good employees, but it's my pleasure to tell you I got the good fortune of having to do business with Scotty, Luis and Eddie at Tustin Costco tire and battery center, and I have had the pleasure to pass it on to everyone I know.     We aren't regular Costco shoppers, but once in a blue moon, we stop by to pick up cleaning supplies or electronics because of their excellent return and exchange policy. As many have noted, this is one of the smaller Costco locations, so the product selection isn't extensive, but it's very clean. It's busy, but the lines are manageable, and we've never had a bad customer service experience. The staff has always been pleasant and consistently goes above and beyond at the register to help with any issues we might have. Costco also offer great discounts on leased cars, so be sure to ask if being a Costco member could benefit your deal in dealership.

    When someone walks in to buy an engagement ring, they are trusting you with an important moment in…read moretheir life, and that trust was completely mishandled here. I came in just before Christmas because I planned to propose to my girlfriend on an upcoming vacation. When I first walked in, I told the sales associate that I was looking for a quality engagement ring and wanted to see their better options, since this was an important purchase for me. I also made it very clear that this was my first time buying jewelry, that I had a firm $10,000 budget for the entire ring, and that I only wanted a natural diamond, not lab grown. During our discussion comparing natural versus lab grown, she mentioned that natural diamonds are generally viewed more favorably, which reinforced my decision to stick with a natural stone. There was absolutely no confusion about my budget or what I was looking for. We went over it several times, a $10,000 budget for the complete ring and natural diamonds only. Despite that, I was sold a band for about $7,000 that did not include the center diamond, with very clear guidance that a natural two carat diamond would fit this exact setting and could be added as soon as I returned from my vacation, all within the remainder of my budget. I was told this would be no problem at all and that this was a normal process. I trusted that advice and planned accordingly. I also explained that proposing on my trip was the priority, and I was comfortable upgrading the center diamond immediately afterward, as I was advised. The ring itself was beautiful and the temporary stone looked great in the setting, so I felt confident proposing with it and completing the ring upon my return. I was genuinely excited to propose with this ring. My girlfriend loved it immediately, and it already carries emotional and sentimental value for both of us. That is what makes this situation so upsetting. I came back to the store expecting to complete the ring exactly as promised, only to find out that what I had been assured was possible simply was not. Now I am faced with the possibility of having to start over entirely with a different band, despite the fact that this ring is already tied to our engagement and the memory of that moment. What made this even more frustrating is what I learned afterward. Multiple other jewelers explained to me that in an engagement ring, the majority of the budget should go toward the center diamond, not the band. I was essentially guided to spend roughly 70 percent of my total budget on the setting alone, which left me in an impossible position from the start. While the band itself is truly beautiful, with very high quality and bright diamonds, I later learned that pairing it with a natural two carat diamond anywhere near my remaining budget was never realistic. When I returned to the store, and saw the same sales lady's buy the entire story changed. I was immediately shown a $15,000 center diamond on top of the $7,000 ring. When I reminded her of my budget, the sales associate became irritated and dismissive. Only after pushing back did she return with a noticeably yellow, low quality diamond and tried to sell it to me for $8,000, which made no sense given the quality of the ring I had already purchased. It felt like I was being pushed to accept whatever they could sell me instead of what had been promised. After that, I was told she would search and contact me within a week. It has now been over two weeks with no call, no email, and no follow up of any kind. Once they had my money, communication stopped completely. Since then, I have visited multiple other jewelers, and more than one of them immediately recognized the situation and told me they have heard similar stories from customers coming from this same store. They also explained that getting a nice two carat natural diamond within the remaining budget was never realistic with the quality of the setting I was sold. At those stores, I was educated, treated with care, and given realistic options. The difference in professionalism and integrity was night and day. What I learned through all of this is that buying jewelry should be an educational experience, where all the facts are laid out clearly so you can make an informed decision. At those other stores, I felt guided and respected. Here, I felt bait and switched, not advised kindly through a once in a lifetime purchase. Now I am left with an expensive, incomplete engagement ring and a situation that should never have happened. What should have been an exciting and meaningful experience turned into stress, disappointment, and feeling misled. If you are shopping for an engagement ring and do not already know exactly what you are doing, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Clear communication, realistic expectations, and basic follow through should be the minimum standard for a purchase of this size, and unfortunately that was not my experience here at all.
