Today the only difference is my tag didn't have any coupons, so I had to fully pay - tax included. 13 4x6's for $5.46 + 7.75% tax = $5.88 - No one at the counter. Rang the bell and waited a minute for staff to show up to ring me up. Oct '25: + Nice place to pick up my photo prints on my way to volleyball or spikeball. + Ample parking. Lot has various entrances & exits. + Quiet, peaceful ambience. + Conveniently located in same plaza as other restaurants and shops as well as Veterans Park (eg, vball, pball) for you. read more

The (female) pharmacist and tech (last name Pham) were incredible. I had a prescription sent in from across the street and even though I showed up earlier than the listed time, they rushed it and got me in and out super quickly. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. All the things that make for a great pharmacy experience. Glad this will now me my general pharmacy. read more

Rojena the pharmacist is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond and exceeds all expectations. You can tell she knows how to run a tight business as there are hardly any lines at all! The other CVS's I go to always have lines 10+ people and take 20+min everytime to get your prescriptions. She is dialed and makes the experience super smooth and even went out of her way to call my doctor after hours and get the correct medicine!! She deserves a raise!!! read more

My go to CVS. It's the newest one I know of, opened just 5 years ago at the newly built The Village at Tustin Legacy. It's never been crazy busy in here any of the times I've been, so never a long line, plus they have two self checkout stations, one for cards only. The drive-thru pharmacy window is around the back. I came here a couple years ago when I set up my required COVID test before my vacation. It was easy to set up an appointment online, and I got the results back later that day. Today I came to use my CVS rewards $3 off my purchase voucher. I get these a couple times a month, which is great cuz it's free money with no minimum purchase required. Interesting the reviews. Lol Please tell me why I am somehow the bad guy here, when I have asked more than 4 times for them to sync up my clients medications for pick up' every Thursday, or for every other Thursday, and they can't figure it out? My client receives pain meds every 2 weeks, so I have asked that instead of them texting him EVERY OTHER DAY, sync his other meds for THE SAME DAY. I drive up today to get his meds, and the Asian girl, (only specifying race because I do not know her name, and there is only one other girl, a beautiful Hispanic gal), runs to the window and says, "Its not ready yet." then tells me, and my client, 30 min. She knew it was the pain meds because we do this every 2 weeks. I go back in 30 and the other gal is at the window. She tells me she is getting the meds, all of the other meds ready that they have been sending texts about for a WEEK, and the Asian girls runs over, interrupts our conversation to tell me about the pain meds not being ready. Then proceeds to lie, saying she didn't know the prescription was in! Not only that, as I'm trying to explain, once again, because she so rudely interrupted my conversation with her co worker, that I need these meds ALL on the same days, she is arguing with me that it can't be done because of his pain meds. .HUH? So she can't grasp the concept that I can pick up meds on Thursdays, once a month, or twice a month? Im at my wits end with this place. The best part was when she told the other employee NOT to expedite the prescription as she is shutting the window on me. The disrespect I have seen and heard from 2 specific employees more than once is incredible. I had the pharmacist talking about us being drug addicts not knowing I had walked in the store! I had to explain to this guy, number one, don't violate HIPPA by discussing people's medications, and their NAMES in front of the whole store, and number 2, Im a caregiver and deal with you people DAILY, for 5 other people! I have other people I care for and don't want to spend all this wasted time dealing with your incompetent selves. I have NEVER had anyone behave like this, call me a drug addict for picking up someone's meds, and give me the attitude this girl wants to give when she is the one NOT understanding how to sync up over 15 prescriptions to Thursdays. Every other pharmacy in OC can figure it out, and never has treated me as if I'm some crackhead for doing my JOB! read more

Whoever hired the staff at this location deserves a raise. They greet every customer that walks through the door, they are incredibly helpful and kind. This place is the Norstroms on CVS's. They know how to make an appointment but they apparently don't know how to keep one. I walked in for a flu shot and was told that there was a 30 minute wait. They recommended that I make an appointment so that I would not have to wait. I made an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and was advised that I'd have to wait my turn. Ironically, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my turn. So much for that appointment! read more

Well I have to laugh at the effort of 'the person' who apparently was ghosting the checkout until she heard my portal ding for approved payment; I stood there and waited for about 5 minutes, no one is home they're hiding in plain sight in one of the aisles. And there were no bags at the self checkout portals which I needed. Very disappointed in this CVS Photo Center. Had 3 canvas prints made to use as wall art and the resulting photos were poorly done especially for the price. Technician did not pay attention to aligning the black border around the frame. I tried to return them but was advised to redo my order on the computer and swap them out for an even exchange at pick up. Even the guy behind the counter was surprised at the poor quality and lack of attention to detail. For the amount of money they charge, one would expect a more professional job. I had other prints made at other CVS locations before without a problem. Very disappointing. read more

Dina in the pharmacy threw my medication in my face when I picked it up yesterday morning. I said "excuse me" and she proceeded to become verbally abusive with me. I immediately left the store and informed CVS Corporate. Stay away from this pharmacy unless you want loser pharmacy technicians cursing you out and throwing your medication at you. read more

This CVS pharmacy has gone completely down the drain. I've been coming here for 2 years now and in the last 3-6 months, their pharmacy reps are unhelpful, rude, and do not know what they're doing. They find no solutions for you and are unwilling to help. Every person I speak with provides me with different information when it comes to prescription refills. My prescription will remain the same with the exact same number and when you go to refill it, it suddenly cannot be filled by insurance or only approved for 1 month. However, when I go to the store and ask them to fill in front of me, they have no issues. I don't know what the issue is and who's running the operations, but they are too busy and are not focused on the customers. Absolutely horrible read more

Dave the pharmacy technician either lied on the phone to me or broke HIPPA violation and spoke to someone who does not have authorization about my medications. I spoke with Dave Saturday around 3 pm and he made the claim that he spoke to either me or my wife yesterday at noon 12:00 pm about my medication being on back order. That's either a lie or he spoke to a completely different client about my medication because I met with my doctor yesterday at 3pm. So he can't have possibly spoken to me BEFORE my medication was prescribed. read more

If you have children, consider taking them elsewhere. If you or your kid struggle with emotional regulation, do not come here. It's just not worth the headache. They don't stock empathy, nor do they stock much product. Pharmacy (or maybe that one male pharmacist) has a "crying child = no vaccine given." My child cries because it's needles. Pharmacist announces loudly in an annoyed voice "We don't give vaccines to crying children. She needs to stop crying." My guess is they have blanket policy against crying as a first indicator in case the child is a wiggler. That being said, CVS, if you do not have the resources to handle children, say so and do not put the onus of your limitations on a child's shoulders. And keep that pharmacist away from the desk. His customer service skills and empathy are lacking. If you stock children's vaccines, you're going to get customers with children. So train your employees better and give them the resources they need to do their job. read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this pharmacy was awful. I left Hoag urgent care at 2pm and they sent over the prescription electronically to this CVS which is in the same shopping center and was told it would be about 30min so I walked in at 2:30 and they said to wait 15 minutes but someone in the back yelled out "No waiters" so then I was told to come back in about an hour. Places get busy so I was fine with that, I asked if I'd get a call or a text and they said yes so I waited in my car since going home and back would take me about 40 minutes so it wasn't worth it. At 4pm after waiting an hour and a half I finally decided to walk in again and see how much longer it would be and my prescription was sitting there ready, I told them I never got a call and they just brushed it off. The worst part of all of this was the time stamp on my prescription was 2:34pm, 4 MINUTES after I was told it would be an hour and I waited even longer because I didn't want to be rude and feel like I was rushing them. I don't think I've ever been this upset as I sit here thinking I could have been at home resting the entire time since I'm extremely sick. read more

My daughter and I got our COVID vaccines/booster here. The online appointment system was very easy. We got reminders on the day of the appointment. Also received a check in link just before the appointment. The pharmacist who administered the shots were super friendly and so gentle with the shots. Recommend CVS for vaccines! read more

I went to pick up the prescription drug in pharmacy today and spend an unpleasant experience with Staff name DAVE. He doesn't know how to prepare, promised the drug in time, unprofessional slow lagging cranky grumpy employee ever in this location. He start updating my insurance info wrongly-takes a half hour and didn't update right so revised another half hour. So preparing 1 prescription drug takes total an HOUR and 15 mins to pick up! Fortunately SCOTT- awesome staff help me to pick up in 15 mins after wasted an hour with Dave!! 5 Stars for SCOTT But ZERO OR MINUS STARS FOR DAVE - WHY CVS EVEN BOTHER TO PAY THIS TYPE OF NO MINIMUM SENSE OF SERVICE STAFF! If u want to waste your time in pharmacy look for DAVE to pick up! And Good Luck with it!! read more

I have used this pharmacy quite a bit because of the drive thru service. It is great to be able to never leave your car. Yesterday I was helped by Karen who was the most friendly person I have ever interacted with there. She had such a pleasant demeanor and her kind nature improved the task of having to pick up a prescription. She is the kind of person who makes any job better just by being their kind self. I love this CVS! I drive all the way from Newport Beach to go here because it's the nicest CVS around - very new, sparkling clean, tons of inventory, lots of new products, plenty of parking, Friendly employees, a great pharmacy with a drive thru that fills your orders fast and with a smile (everyone is so nice! Not like the snarky people at the CVSs closer to my house). Also, since this the time of Coronavirus self-distancing: I love CVS even more now! Not only do they have a drive thru at this location and a great variety of products but during Coronavirus they are rock stars since they will deliver your prescriptions in 1-2 days completely FOR FREE! And you can even add on drug store items to your order to get delivered for free!! Yes, for zero charge you can get your prescriptions delivered right to your door which is amazing when you are working from home and self-distancing and have to be home with your kids when they're out of school. This is amazing if your prescription is not because you are sick like if your prescription is your birth control! Normally I love going into this CVS but I don't want to risk exposing myself if sick people are there buying medicine and I'm not sick at all so the fact that they now deliver your prescriptions FOR FREE is amazing! During a drive thru pick up, Dave was very rude and unprofessional when he asked me the patient's last name. I wanted to help him by saying the last name followed by spelling it out. He quickly snapped at me interruptedly and rudely "I know how to spell". Sure enough, he couldn't find in the system as he didn't know how to spell it out. He immediately walked away then had someone to help me out. This is the second time I encountered him. The first time, he lied about the prescription status saying that everything is ready for pick up next week then I asked him "what are the drugs?". He couldn't tell me. IMO, he's a liar, lazy and unprofessional. Maybe he thinks he's too good for this job. Everyone please be aware of this person. I also came across with another review that Dave lied to them....this was so wrong in providing wrong information on medication status when patients are in need. He should be FIRED and can't practice as a technician in any pharmacy! I'll escalate further if receive disrespectful treatment. read more

I was going to give a one star rating because of Ashley's passive aggressive RUDE behavior in the pharmacy but I decided to do 3 stars because of Scott the pharmacist. He was very kind and explained things efficiently. Ashley was trying to explain something about transferring my medicine but she was doing a horrible job at explaining it and when I was asking her a question she raised her tone and was talking in a "are are dumb" tone. No Ashley.. learn how to explain things properly and don't be disgustingly rude liar because you weren't making the info clear. I would rather drive farther to the CVS on Culver than this place! 10 out of 10 they have screwed up on my family's meds. Today was the last straw for me. My daughter has an ear infection and needed antibiotics. It was taking too long so my husband went home with my 2 kids and called me to pick up the meds after work. I got there 1.5 hours after he called me. Rushed home to give my daughter her meds only to find out the the antibiotic was still in powder form and wasn't mixed!!! I was so upset because I had to drive back out there to get it mixed. The girl at the drive thru literally had no clue what she was doing as she also forgot the dispenser the first time around too! The pharmacist mixed the meds for me and all but it was such a waste of time coming back. Other previous occasions, they didn't have my meds there but neglected to let me know until over 30 minutes later. I was waiting inside. Other times, the wait was forever even with barely any line or other customers waiting. I understand my husband wanting to use this pharmacy because it's so close to our house but I refuse to use this place anymore. I'm done! My family will no longer go here. read more

Top notch CVS! Super clean, never crowded, always well maintained, friendly employees and pharmacists! The parking lot is often quite empty, and I haven't had any issues finding what I need and more at the store. Employees are always around and available to help out. I appreciate that they don't follow me around or ask me multiple times if I need help. The drive through pharmacy window is also super convenient and fast. They manage pick ups in store very quickly and efficiently as well. The pharmacists and pharm techs here are super helpful and answer all my questions. I always see a bunch of yellow tag sale labels on the shelves for all sorts of things here. If you live nearby definitely make this CVS your go to pharmacy and drugstore! read more

Finally a CVS with outstanding customer service and a beautiful store to match! I absolutely love this shopping center it has a lot of my favorite things (DD, CVS and Stater Brothers!) I was leaving the mission after dropping off donations and my mom wasn't feeling well, I ran inside CVS to get her some throat spray and cough drops. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely female employee, I wish I had gotten her name but she stopped what she was doing and physically walked me to the right aisle. I don't have a voice but she was able to understand me and had patience. Something that is so lacked and desperately needed in these times we are living in! Not only is the store so clean and amazing, the service just sets it off. A regional manager rung me up and he was just as nice, I made sure to let him know about the wonderful employee and hopefully she gets recognized!
