It prints you out a receipt/ticket and then you stand in line to give them your ticket to get your food. I reheated the Calzone and Turkey Provolone at home using a toaster oven and they were so good! They were tasty and filling! The Calzone was so big and fully stuffed with pepperoni and sausage. I thought the Turkey Provolone sandwich was a bit small in comparison to the Calzone, but it still felt very filling nonetheless. If you're watching your sodium intake, I would not recommend these items. But if you're looking for a tasty and filling meal that is fairly cheap, these are the two items I recommend! read more

No one way barriers for parking but do drive carefully as its a wild lot. Even though its crowded, I feel like the crowd is nicer on Saturday. I just came to air my grievances about my yogurt and pray someone restocks more wink wink. Costco is a nice place to shop. It's clean and well-organized, and if you come at the right time the lines aren't too long. I feel like Costco in general is a bit overrated because you don't save as much money as you think you do, since the good stuff isn't that discounted and you also end up buying way more than planned (speaking for myself there). But I shop here from time to time and I think what I like most is that it's great for parties. They have lots of large portions, like salads, wraps, sandwiches and other things that are perfect for a crowd. read more

It's not easy, since fuel costs have increased to record high prices, and before too long you'll be lucky to be able to purchase fuel at any price. There are Coctco's everywhere, even in Mexico and Canada. They have low prices for bulk items, including gasoline for your vehicles. Not to mention a tire center, and car batteries for sale too. I really only come for the hot food with $1.99 Pizza slice, and $1.50 for a hot dog and drink combo. And if you sign up for their credit card, you get rewards that rack up throughout the year, but you have to wait a whole year to redeem. The other warehouse company doesn't have many locations, but you get your rewards available the very next month. And they'll have random promotions to use your credit card with utility bills, and earn more that way. Costco does not have this. Costco also does not have the option to order items through the app while in the store, and pay through the app, then skip the register and just walk out with digital receipt. You can also order hot food that way too. Costco really needs to get with the times and update to the features that apps can provide, which will make members lives a lot easier while shopping. read more

This Costco is located at the district shopping center, surrounded by so many great spots to shop and eat, a Whole Foods, a AMC imax theater, a farmers market on Sundays! Their gas is physically separated from the warehouse (just across the stop sign) and it makes a huge difference in cutting down the chaos of the parking lot. Now that's not to say the parking lot isn't crazy (it's Costco... it's a given) but, it would be so much worse if it also wove in folks waiting for gas. Their food court is located inside so you do need to actually walk into the warehouse. Their staff is always friendly, their food court items are always fresh, and they pump out chickens like no one's business! read more

Hands down the most poorly run Costco I have ever experienced. Walked in looking for a particular item that the website showed was in stock. Couldn't find it, so asked an associate where else I might looked. Showed him the item on the Costco app, and he said, "I have never seen that in this warehouse in my life." I pointed out that the app said they were the only warehouse in the area that was supposed to have them. He took a second look and then walked me straight to the item. Walked to self-checkout with my 2 versions of my item, and was happy to see there were about 10 open registers. As I walked up, an associate told me that they were "pre-scanning" the self checkout, so I would have to get in line. Ended up stuck behind 7-8 other shoppers waiting for their 10, 15, 20, 25 items to get scanned, while almost every single self checkout register was open. Finally got finished with my purchase and stopped by member services, because I have been unable to save my Citi Costco card in the Costco app. The associate there told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to call Citi, despite the associates at the Laguna Niguel warehouse fixing the exact same issue for my mom when she asked. Overall, just a very poorly run warehouse with customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. read more

The parking lot is also always packed but generally you will get a parking spot. This location generally has a large Asian and Indian customer base while other Costco locations like in Norwalk, Ca is largely Hispanics, while Cypress, Ca location is largely Caucasian, with Signal Hill, Ca generally a mix of Caucasian, Hispanics, Asians, while the Lakewood, Ca location is largely Hispanics, Caucasian, but has a small number of African Americans. The Costco gasoline lines at any one of these locations is always packed with cars especially with long lines on weekends, so avoid filling up on the weekends is possible. The employee customer service here in Tustin is generally very good, as well as at other Costco locations. I just wish that Costco would hire some black employees because I never see any black workers inside the stores, but just the two that I can think of; although maybe the demographics of these stores doesn't have very many black people living in these areas and if so they aren't applying for jobs at Costco. read more

Parking at this location can be a little wild. But if you park a little further away you can avoid the chaos. They have a free tire pressure station next to their tire center. I love Costco and I was able to drop my car off at 9:55 and was told "at least 3 hours". No problem, I called an uber to go to work and figured it would be complete by the time I was off. Wrong. I even called mid day to check in and was told it would be done around 4-5. I got dropped off at about 4:30 and my car still wasn't done. I ended up walking the whole store and then sitting in the food court for a while. My car was not completed until about 6:30. Most of the time, I sit at the store and wait for the car to be completed and I would have been very upset if I sat there all day. read more

I usually come on the weekdays to avoid the chaos on the weekends. This location usually has most items that I look for and I usually fill up on gas here. Most of the workers here are nice and helpful so this is the main location I go to. This review is mostly about the rude young guy who was in charge of the pizzas yesterday afternoon 10/17/25 (around 3pm). I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza at the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes before approaching the guy at the window cutting up the pizza slices with my receipt. No hello, no "I'll be with you in a second," no "thanks for waiting." But very rudely said "HOLD ON A MINUTE" with a pissed off face and after a few minutes brought out my pizza. If you work in customer service, learn how to treat your customers better. This guy needs to be retrained on how to talk to people. read more

I had a really upsetting experience at this Costco today around 5PM and feel like it needs to be shared. I was waiting off to the side with my cart for my mom. I wasn't blocking anyone there was plenty of space for people to walk through. One of the workers (a short Latina woman with long black hair and two braided strands in the front I was told her name might be Katie) apparently tried to talk to me, but I genuinely didn't hear her because there were several people around. Instead of trying to get my attention in a normal way, she suddenly yelled at me. Before I could even react, she kicked me to get me out of the way, in front of everyone. Multiple people saw it happen, and it caused a whole scene. I've never dealt with something so unprofessional and aggressive from an employee anywhere, let alone at Costco. No customer should ever be physically touched or yelled at like that. I really hope management sees this and takes it seriously, because that behavior is completely unacceptable. read more

Visited this Costco location recently and was impressed! This one is located in the District Tustin Legacy plaza, and like most Costcos, the parking is a nightmare. I came on a midday Monday and still felt like parking around here was scary and dangerous. The warehouse itself felt large and calm. It wasn't overwhelmingly crowded and I liked that they had plenty of samples, even on a Monday. I liked how they also had some pretty cool exclusive items like Korean hair care products and Asian-influenced food and drink products. read more

I met my older daughter here yesterday for about 1.5 hours. We were able to walk and talk inside the store as she was looking around for a couple of items. I do really like this specific store. When we have birthday parties I am usually the one who picks them up. I have this down to a T, even when it's busy! After my daughter was able to find the Honeybaked Ham gift card and some tamales, we went to the check out and then headed to the food court! We ended up having a late lunch/snack. We split a slice of pepperoni pizza, a chocolate soft serve ice cream, and I had the $1.50 hot dog and Starry soda combo. We only paid like $5.90 for the food. Where else would one be able to stay under $10 for food? This place is always clean inside and outside. Was glad to spend time with my daughter here. A wonderful visit! About what you'd expect for the average Costco experience. It's crowded but if you time it right it's not too bad. I consistently come here on Tuesday about an hour before close and its pretty hit or miss whether I have to wait in line or not. This location is well-stocked, I've never had an issue finding my items. The staff are friendly at the checkout as well. The parking lot is pretty decent but usually very packed. We had been pre-scanned for 12 items in our cart and noticed that as we were heading out, our receipt showed 13 items purchased. We brought to the attention of the checkout attendant and she immediately called someone from the return desk and we were promptly given a credit on our credit card. Check out here is always fast despite the long lines. There is almost always employee to help you find what you're looking for. The optical department is fabulous, especially if you can get Angelica. Be sure to ask what size glasses fit you, that will save you a lot of time trying on ones that don't look good!
