I didn't get a chance to get the good stuff however what I known for them for was the puffs and I was satisfied with the creamy goodness! I got good service and the friendliness is too notch. The place is clean and the bakes for what they had was delicious. I really need to come much earlier.

I saw a TikTok post about this place and how they have small cream puffs that's filled to the brim. I was around the area and was craving a sweet treat so I knew exactly where I needed to go. It's located inside a pretty big plaza with lots of businesses. The only issues has to be the parking lot, the spaces are so tight and narrow. The bakery wasn't hard to find at all, they have a huge sign posted on top of their store. I think that they also own the coffee shop next to them since there's a small opening that you can walk through. I came during a late afternoon so they didn't have a lot of baked goods left. I bought 2 breads to go along with their cream puffs. The cream puffs are 75 cents for 1 and they don't have a set amount you're required to buy. You can purchase however many you want but if you want a box, you must buy a dozen. I bought a custard cream bun, a red bean doughnut, and a dozen cream puffs. The total came out to be $14 which isn't too bad. They only accept cash though so make sure you have some on you when you go. Baked Goods: Cream Puffs (9/10): I thought that these were so fresh and delicious. I rarely eat cream puffs so I don't have much expertise but I thought that these bite-sized foods were perfect. The filling inside wasn't too sweet and you can taste the custard. When you bite into them, the custard doesn't spill out and the shell holds its form really well. I even had these the day after and it still held its form perfectly. They don't cheap out on the filling so you're getting yourself a filled cream puff which I rarely find. Custard Cream Bun (6/10): I wanted to get a brew that had the same filling as the cream puffs. I thought that this one was absolutely going to hit. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The custard cream's liquid got soaked by the bread so it made the bread really sticky and wet. I was disappointed because the bread couldn't hold any shape and my hands were filled with the custard cream. Red Bean Doughnut (4/10): Unfortunately, this one didn't taste as good as it sounded. Personally, I don't like oily doughnuts that are too sweet. The red bean filling was really sweet and the outer dough's oil made it hard to enjoy.

Staff: They were pretty nice here. Quality/Quantity: We picked up some cream puffs that they are well known for. Let me tell you these little guys were really good. The size was good and they were packed with cream. They are similar to the famous Japanese Beard Papa but cheaper. Value: Pretty good deal at only 75 cents each. Overall: Definitely will come back again. Pro Tip: They only take cash. If you don't have cash they require you to pay next door at the tea shop they must also own.

The great price is the big draw here - at $0.75 per cream puff, it's an affordable option for parties or get-togethers. The cream filling inside is so smooth and thick, which I love and prefer over a whipped consistency. It's hard to have just one cream puff! The other pastries are also reasonably priced at $2.50! Great place to bring my son for a small treat. There is some seating and it's attached to a drink shop, which has solid drink options. The workers there are attentive and ready to serve you as soon as you walk in. Love the efficiency!

Manmi Bakery in garden grove is known for their cream puffs which are a whopping 75 cents each. Great value. Nice crunch to the choux. Nice vanilla custard. Definitely worth getting 20. Got chocolate chip cookies and butter cookies, which were $2.50 per pack of 6 cookies. The chocolate chip cookies are basically the butter cookies with chocolate. When you bite into these cookies, it snaps and crumbles. They're thin and it's different than butter cookies I've had. Overall, I think everything was good and at a very nice price point and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I'm in the area!

The only place for cream puffs!! the custard fillings are not too sweet, i wish they made smaller bite sizes. Price is a bit steep, but totes worth.

Manmi Bakery This is a review for my experience ordering from Manmi Bakery. LOCATION/PARKING: It is located in a plaza across the street from H-Mart. The lot is big, so parking wasn't difficult. SERVICE: Quick and simple. CASH Only. The workers were friendly and greeted me with a smile. I appreciate the design and packaging. The golden sticker to seal the box, makes it look very clean and distinguished. MENU: The star of the show is their cream puffs. I entered the shop in the evening near closing time, I was relieved that they still had a plethora of them on display. Cream puffs are 75cents each. They are yummy! The filling has just the right amount of sweetness and the dough is very light and airy. So delicious! They also have other pastries and cookies, but everyone orders the cream puffs. If you're in charge of getting dessert for a party, I suggest ordering a box of cream puffs from Manmi Bakery!

This is a Korean bakery and when we walked in we were greeted by the staff, and the smell of fresh baked goods. Lots of pastries baked behind the glass counter and the quality of their pastries is amazing. They offer a variety of Korean pastries, anything from traditional to more American inspired, at an affordable price, however the donut and Cream Puffs were top of the priority list. Their crème puffs melt in my mouth very delicious. This location is super busy so be patient with parking sometime , cash only!

Custard filled cream puffs 75 cents a piece.

Can the cream puffs be refrigirated overnight? Will the quality still good?

I keep mine in the fridge right after I buy them, and still tastes great 3 days later. :)

Has anyone tried their cakes? Can I order any color cake ? Like yellow cake?

Sorry, we no longer make cakes.

Does Manmi Bakery accept credit cards now?

    No; they're still cash only!

My family and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and this place was vibing! The area is spacious with high ceiling so it definitely created that energized and loud environment, but also nostalgic for me. The service was top notch! The cashier was extremely friendly, approachable, and efficient! How can you complain about that? We wanted to try different desserts so we can all get a little bit of taste test. We got the avocado (chè bơ), the three colors (chè 3 màu), matcha tofu, and tofu flan (đậu hũ flan). Avocado - 4.5/5 everything used fresh ingredients. It's not avocado season so it wasn't as soft as it should but still pretty good! The Three Colors - 5/5 very sweet but because the ice is set to the side it was perfectly balanced and you can adjust to your liking. Such an iconic dessert in the Vietnamese community! Matcha Tofu - 5/5 if you love matcha you will love this! It's not sweet and if there is it's very faint, but you definitely can taste the matcha shine through!! Tofu Flan - 5/5 perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness!!! Very lightly sweetened and I would come back for this again!

Well I finally got a chance to go in.. The wait wasn't too long but there was still a bunch of people inside. There wasn't much room to wait either, people were sardines in there. I got their coconut special, there were some aspects of it that were good, but overall it just felt like too much inside the che. Too much in a sense that not all the ingredients complimented each other.

Thought that was really weird and off-putting. The tables inside are really uncomfortably low so not the best place to study in my opinion. Also the AC was blasting so I was really cold, which is rare for me because I run really warm. Coffee wasn't that great to me, it tasted pretty smoky and I barely tasted the flavor in my tiramisu latte. What I would come back for are some of the pastries that I had! The ham and cheese croissant was fine, I probably wouldn't get it again. Also it was still cold in the inside even after they heated it up. For the salt breads, my favorite were the truffle, mentaiko, and bacon and scallion. I just wish there was more filling for the mentaiko and the bacon and scallion rolls. The egg sando one was a bit too creamy and heavy for me because the roll was already so buttery. I'd probably skip the creme brulee one for the same reason because it was sooo sweet and overwhelming. If I were to come back I'd probably just get one salt bread because it lowkey made me feel sick after eating it. I think it was just the sheer amount of butter in each roll but they are so yummy and addicting!
